What "Scrubs" episode was this scene in?

Where Carla and Elliot walk into the cafeteria and go to Dr.cox. They ask if he could help J.D. with something. They say: "Can you help JD with this problem"? Dr. Cox says: "All the other days i would say no, but today I'm gonna go ahead and say NO." which episode was that?
If this helps Carla was wearing purple scrubs and Elliot was wearing the white coat and a dark blue dress. And Dr. Cox was sitting at a table reading a newspaper

Scrubs Season 2 Episode 8 Music?

Okay, I was watching Scrubs on Netflix lately and I heard a song in the backround. it was cool so I googled the episode music. It said the song was "If I Had a Million Dollars" by The Bear Naked Laidies, but it wasn't. It was a song that had a droaning feel to it... it was at the time when Turk and JD are stealing pudding? The only lyrics I could make out were "so it begins, this life of crime". I know its not a lot to go off of, but if someone knew and would let me know that would be great!

What episode of Scrubs has this line in it?

Indeed, it is from "My Last Day". s01e24.

Dr. Cox actually is talking to Kelso.
Here's the scene:
Dr. Kelso: So, you want me to approve surgery on a 76-year-old man with no insurance and no life-threatening condition. Young man, I'm curious: what did you think the end result of this conversation would be?

J.D.: Well, pretty much this, except I'm really invested and so I thought I might try crying a little.

Dr. Kelso: Sport, if crying worked on me, my wife would have her own car by now.

Dr. Cox: Uh...Bob? I think you should reconsider.

Dr. Kelso: Uh, what's that, Perry? I mean, because that didn't sound like something a team-mate would say. Maybe what you meant to do was pat me on the *** and say, "Go get 'em, Bob."

Dr. Cox: Right but, what if...we were to look at this from a purely...fiscal perspective.

J.D.'s Thoughts: Did he just say "fiscal"?

Dr. Cox: I mean, after all, Mr. Bober is here every four to six months, and if we were to consider his surgery as a one-time expenditure, then...you would be making the right financial call.

Dr. Kelso: See, now, that's the kind of thinking I can get behind! How's that make you feel?

Dr. Cox: Dirty all over.

Dr. Kelso: You get used to it. Boys, I'll do what I can, but if you're gonna pull this off, you're gonna need a board member behind you.

Which Scrubs season is the best and why?

For me it was and always is Scrubs (season 4), it shows transition in most of the characters (most notably Turk and Carla), and still teaches a lot about life and its battles. Most memorable episode from this season has been 20th ("My Boss's Free Haircut"), where Dr Kelso’s speech helped me through tough times and see things from a different perspective.Other contender would be Season 6, but I hope you’ve pinned down a favorite already. :)

Who was the guest (nanny) in scrubs season 6 episode 14?
