Im 14, i weigh 190 pounds and i wanna lose 50 any good ideas?

40 to 50 lbs is a good goal. Setting your goal and sticking to it are two different things. Stay motivated!

Keep a water bottle with you all day. Most teachers wont mind as long as it is water and in a resealable container. If you get hungry between snacks/ meals guzzle down some water. You may find yourself drinking a lot so stop at the bathroom during passing periods if you can.
Get your metabolism started with breakfast! Small, healthy, pre-portioned snacks will help you stay on track. Start with a bowl of cereal, oatmeal or peanut butter toast. It will take bit to digest then your metabolism will drop back down. Keep in going with a mid morning snack like fruit. Being in school can be tough to squeeze in a snack, So chow down quickly during a passing period. Your metabolism with rise and fall as lunch approaches. When choosing your lunch think moderation and healthy. I love sandwiches personally. When you get home from school grab a pre-portioned, healthy snack. Enjoy your dinner but remember that moderation is key when adding those sauces and condiments. Try not to eat after dinner because you won't have the chance to burn it off before you sleep.

Don't totally avoid unhealthy things because then you will just want those salts and sugars all the more. Have a couple of bites but you don't have to eat the whole thing. Also, add a good multi-vitamin to help your body get the nutrients you may have missed throughout the day. Your body could crave certain foods just because there is a certain nutrient in it. The vitamin will help with this.

Remember that this is a not a diet but a lifestyle change. Dieting makes it sound temporary and negative. Make the choice because you want a better life.

IM 14 and i wanna sue nair for men.?

I've used nair on my legs, and some chest hair. It doesnt burn at all and the hair comes off really easy. Just follow the instructions on the box and you will be fine.

I did this a few weeks ago for summer (im in Florida for summer so its really hot) and im glad i did. Maybe it lasts a little longer than shaving but i have found that when the hair grows back its much lighter and thinner expecially my legs.

I'm genetically skinny and don't wanna lose weight from volleyball

You will not lose weight strictly from playing volleyball. Changes in your diet change in combination with playing will affect weight. You're young though and are almost extremely likely to gain weight strictly just by getting a little bit older.

You will, however, gain muscle in the lower body -- toned calves, thighs, butt, are all LONG TERM benefits of playing. You will not appear ripped, or muscular though. Noticeable changes take months to develop though. I would not worry about it at all.
