2-in-1 Laptop Question

Is this 2-in-1 Laptop Good for my needs?

There could be hundreds of machines that would be fitting for you.
What you need to do is get the Recommended (or Optimal) specs for the games you want to play. Minimum specs are not good enough if you want to mod.
Example:
"Skyrim" wants...
• Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
• Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU processor
• 4GB System RAM
• 6GB free HDD (Hard disk drive) space
• DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon HD 4890 or higher
• DirectX compatible sound card
• Internet access for Steam activation

What are the best 2 in1 SSD laptops?

Surface Pro 4 is a great one (good screen, decent processor, ultra-portable, verstality). The only bad thing is that the good processor model will you $1, 000. If you want an attached keyboard, then the HP Spectre x360 would come next(cheaper than the Surface Pro 4). If you want something reliable and have a good graphics card, then the ThinkPad Yoga would be a good choice. Also check out the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 if you want a laptop with 3-4 hours of battery(HP has about 5 hours and same with the Surface Pro) but with an i7. All of these come with an SSD. And they will all cost you about a thousand dollars.

What is the best 2-in-1 laptop under $600?

You can go with 2018 Microsoft Surface Pro.

What are the best 2 in 1 laptops with a 360°/detachable hinge and stylus(for an artist)?

So much of this depends on your work preferences. Personally, I like my Samsung Chromebook Plus running Autodesk Sketchbook Pro for Android. It’s reasonably-proced, powerful enough for making art, thin and light, and it has the 360 hinge.I also adore the Staedtler Norris Digital Samsung Pencil stylus. This is a great stylus and it is only compatible with a short list of devices. If you are looking for Windows or Adobe Photoshop is your preferred application, I highly recommend the video reviews made by Mobile Tech Review on YouTube. Lisa is a Photoshop artist, so she will run though the paces any laptop that is stylus-enabled that she reviews, from the artist’s perspective.

Hp vs Asus Laptop?

I'm stuck between an Hp Envy x360 (15M-BP012DX) and an Asus 2 in 1 (Q504UA-BI5T26) laptop, they both have pretty much the same specs but some things are better than others on both laptops. Id like to know which brand is better over all as well in specific to these laptops and maybe even your experience with it if you happen to have one of these models. I'm getting one of them tomorrow so I'd really appreciate it if any experts or simply people who know a lot about computers could help! thank you (:

Which brand created the first 2-in-1 laptop?

The earliest device that can be considered a 2-in-1 detachable is the Compaq TC1000from 2002. It comes preinstalled with Windows XP Tablet PC Edition and features a 1 GHz Transmeta Crusoe CPU, Nvidia GeForce 2 Go GPU, detachable keyboard, and stylus.

I am looking at 2 in 1 tablets... And I am lost. First question, what are the best economical 2 in 1 tablets out there? Second question, what are the differences between android and say windows operating systems?

At the moment, one of the best 2 in 1 tablet for quality price ratio, is the cube i7 book. Here you can find some mods that you can do with it , they do became even more interesting: http://www.nipaph.com/hacking/cu...

Are there any cheap, fast, thin, 2-in-1 laptops that are modern?

Well depending on how cheap your cheap is, I recommend the on I’m using, the ASUS UX360UA. If you buy online, you should be able to get it for about $900. The CPU is an i5, 8GB of RAM, and integrated graphics. The battery life is about 8 hours with mild usage and 4 hours with constant usage (in my experience). The best part is that the charging time is about 1 and a half hour for a full charge. To cap it off, the screen resolution is 1920x1080 and it’s completely touchscreen as well. In terms of cons, I’d say that the storage is kinda limited at 128GB and the graphics being integrated is kinda eh. If you’re looking for a productivity laptop then this is pretty good but if you’re looking for some more intensive tasks I wouldn’t strong suggest it. Here’s a link of one i found, but the one i bought was in actual store so be wary of who you buy from. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-UX...

Should I get a laptop and a drawing tablet, or a 2-in-1 laptop?

I would suggest the Microsoft Surface Pro 6. Unfortunately won't meet your 15" or 14" screen. But it is a good option if you want to draw.

Why should you choose a Mac when you could get a 2-in-1 laptop?

Thanks for the A2A.Keep in mind you are asking a Mac guy here. I want to just say up front, I can use Windows — I can even do a little tech support on Windows. But for my own use, I not only choose macOS, I don't understand why anyone would choose Windows over it. It’s bulky, virus prone, and it takes multiple steps to do things that take just one on Mac. But all that having been said, I understand I am in the minority worldwide, so please, gentle readers — no comments regarding my preferences. I provide that simply as background for the answer to the question. So far, all the “2-in-1” laptops I have seen impress me as “jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none” machines. They make too many compromises to be either a laptop or a tablet in ways that allow one to use them most efficiently. And if you can’t use your device efficiently, then what’s the point? As for why to get a Mac, it has been “2-in-1” for years. You can easily run both Windows and macOS on a Macintosh computer, giving you access to virtually all the software out there that anyone would ever need or want to use. You can even run Windows and macOS simultaneously on a Mac — something you definitely can’t do on a Surface computer. So if you truly want a “2-in-1” computer, it would seem a Mac laptop would be the way to go.I do continue to hold out hopes, however, that Apple will introduce a hybrid machine that will get this right. I think we will see a step towards that this year as Apple rolls out macOS 10.12 which will be able to run some (if not all) iOS apps. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a hybrid macOS/iOS machine within the next year or so after that version of macOS is released — perhaps even as soon as this fall.
