5 unmarked white bus convoy?
Ok so I was coming home from the city On the #13 in Saskatchewan when I noticed and passed 5 white unmarked buses. At first I thought it was a big travel group kinda thing, but not only were they all empty but the plates were from North Carolina. Didn't really look at the drivers or anything but it is unusual anyone else see stuff like this
Who drives unmarked US government vehicles with blue & white license plates on them? I had a pretty compact, burgundy/plum-colored guy in an unmarked vehicle not dressed in cop or military attire stare me down & am curious who drives these vehicles.

They often have “G13” or “G16” or something along those lines on the left side in diagonally descending order. This identifies the level of the agency they are assigned, and might be a clue to narrow which group of agencies it may have been — still without specific identity. The government kind of likes its anonymity to be “a thing.” Your anonymity? Not so much.But all level of government agencies have those plates on their vehicles.I am sure by posting this, however, you have placed yourself on a watch list.I will now be more vigilant looking for pretty compact burgundy/plum colored guys. They sound evil.
