Abc Vs Cbs Vs Nbc Vs Fox

Fox vs ABC vs NBC vs CBS?

I'm From England and watch some American TV. Mainly From Fox (Animation shows and ABC (Middle, Modern Family) and NBC.
In America what is seen as the best and worst channel and what gets the best or worst ratings.

ABC vs CBS vs NBC vs FOX?

I do not exactly know the best, but I can tell you the worst. Fox.

And why.
Multiple fronts really. Fox is a HUGE media corporation. Although they do plug in good media for their station, they don't give the shows a fighting chance if viewership for any reason begins to wane a bit. Many shows have gone onto fox and were cancelled shortly afterwards. Take for example the Simpsons. It's their longest running animated show. Other shows have come onto the Fox network and because it didn't compare to the Simpsons, they cut it. Family Guy was one of those very shows! Now look at it, its a international phenomenon (although I don't like the show very much).

Also going on how corporate Fox is, their news network is THE WORST. Since fox has to appease its investors (in order to stay functioning) they tend to have a bias in their news. Also them just ABSOLUTELY NEEDING viewership, they make news more about sensation then about ACTUALLY TELLING THE NEWS. So they tend to lie. A lot. Bending the rules and feeding garbage into people's mouths saying it's 'news', when its just sensational trash.

So. Fox. The Worst.

NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX and the CW: Which one is the most liberal?

MSNBC which is owned by NBC is considered the most liberal. Fox News is by far the most conservative. CNN would probably be considered the most moderate in general. A lot of conservatives say it is also liberally biased but statistically their coverage pans out about 50/50. People on the far right tend to think a thing that is moderate is actually liberal since for their point of view it is

What's the difference between nbc, abc, cbs, fox?

You have to understand your political agenda, if you love everything President Barack Obama is doing with our Country and it's Liberties go with CBS, NBC, MSNBC, and have a Liberalistic approach to life. And if you figure everbody is lying but the White House this is the news networks for you. However if you want both sides of the story Watch Fox News, because they tell both sides of the story. Everybody has their favorites whether they tell half-truths or not. People hate Fox, mainly because congressmen mainly Democrats hate FOX. I am not telling you what to watch, you must seek the truth without letting someone entertain you with clips Half-truth and making fun of other people. I saw 3 atrocities very bad lies on 3 different networks. Leave it up to you to see the truth, and some networks help trash people and slander people and don't report that, only their own agendas. So remember never let them lie to you no matter what network you watch research them.

Does Canada have channels like Fox, CW, ABC, CBS and NBC?

We get most of those American channels.

We also have CTV (our nationwide station, like NBC), CBC (a more educational station, with children's shows until about 10am, local versions in every area), A local version of CTV for every area (ATV for Atlantic Canada, for example), and Showcase, which shows adult sitcoms.
We also have our own Food Network, associated with the original but with more Canadian content, which shows up on cable in BC, and CNBC, which is mostly news.

On my cable, I had NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, but not CW. I have CW on digital cable though.

Back in the day there were limited TV channels - CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS + local: what did VHS & UHS stand for?

It was acutally VHF and UHF. Very high frequency and Ultra high frequency.
