my brother was arrested on a fugitive of justice charge for a warrant in another state that he didn't know about. he moved from colorado to arizona before the warrant was issued and this morning he was arrested on that warrant here in arizona. when he was pulled over it was simply because the cop ran his plates on a whim. what i want and need to know is what are the chances that he will be sent back to colorado? the warrant isn't for anything violent or drug related
