Am I Feeling Stressed

Feeling stressed out and overwhelmed :/?

I'm a senior I'm highshool, but I'm taking all my classes at a community college. So, I'm getting credits for both highschool and for college at the same time. I'm taking 3 college classes and then 3 more are at home. I also play club basketball with practices 2 nights a week and tournaments every weekend. Anyway, I'm feeling kinda stressed out and overwhelmed. I'm not sure why though. I feel like I'm so busy and for some reason, I feel like I can't catch up, but it's not like I'm behind. My college biology class and psychology class are going well and I have A's in them so far. I'm having a harder time with my history class. I have a B. In order to get credits for both highschool and college, I need to get a C or better in all classes. I'm feeling a little pressured in needing to get a C or better. I have a paper coming up that I'll get started on, too, so I'm not behind.

What do I do? I hate this feeling. :/ I don't know why I'm feeling this way either. Like I said, I'm not behind. I just need to work hard with history. Any input? Or advice? I hate this random stress I get.

Thank you.

I am stressed out...feel like killing myself.?

Everyone will feel like this at sometimes in their life, it gets better if you're willing to get past the down times. Also, in a few years you likely won't even remember much of what you did in high school, and you'll have forgotten all about these 3 projects. Nobody cares about what happened during high school once you're in college and nobody remembers either way after a few years. Ask your parents if they remember stressing out over a project in high school and how important it is in their lifes now. Perspective. You'll be fine, just do your work to the best of your ability and don't sweat it. Check out Khan acadamy if you need extra help understanding something.

How to not feel stressed about money?

I've been feeling extremely stressed about money for a while now, even when I shouldn't be. My finances aren't too bad, I work full time and make liveable money but could be doing better. I'm finishing up a post grad program so I'm hoping to get a better job soon, but with all my friends making more money than me it's hard to feel positive about it right now.. I'm also moving soon and will have to spend a lot of money on getting some new stuff.

Why am I feeling stressed in my relationship?

There’s many things to consider:Are you feeling stressed towards yourself? Then it’s insecurity or overwork. Focus on loving yourself too and you’ll love the other person better. Are you feeling stressed towards your significant other? Maybe they have a quality that clashes with you. Most often the thing that couples admired about their significant other also become the number one deal breaker. (For example: Liking someone for their generosity but then realizing that they also will take anything that’s yours in return.)Are you feeling stressed towards the relationship or connection between you and your partner? Are you feeling that you both don’t talk as much anymore? Or you’re consistently bored in their company? If it’s boredom, then that’s a common feeling that happens over time in relationships. Talk about it often, and really try to connect, and you’ll feel better.

Why am I feeling stressed even for small things?

Inability to handle daily stress which others are easily handling is sign that your body is not working at optimum. I have studied this aspect in detail and found that it is due to some missing factor…some of common missing factors in such problem are vitamin deficiency, mineral deficiency, not doing physical activity, not consuming fresh fruit and vegetables, too much fast or processed food, hormonal imbalance. for example if someone is suffering from dehydration then meditation yoga, pranayam, costly allopathic medicines, astrology, ayurvedic medicines homeopathic medicines, reiki, surgery, radiation chemotherapy and other things cannot help only water will help. every one has to find out the missing factor.

I'm so stressed what should I do?

When I feel stressed, I always like to take a hot shower. I find it very refreshing, especially if you sit down in the shower and let the water run over your back...the water pressure can be very soothing and ease back pain if you're having that as a result of stress. ALSO, using bath products (shampoo, body wash, soaps, face wash, etc.) with mint in them can be very refreshing and relaxing after a long day or if you just feel extra dirty.

If you're stressed and busy with work, and can only find time to eat fast foods, try a change in diet -- eat healthier foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and drink a lot of water for a while. Eliminating caffeine for a while might do you some good.

When my boyfriend gets stressed out, he likes to go jogging at night time. It really helps him blow off steam, gives him something to do and to concentrate on instead of whatever he's stressed out about. Find a physical activity you like -- even if it's taking a walk around the block -- it might help.

When stress keeps me from getting to sleep, I like to turn the TV on a very low volume where I can barely hear it, and it helps me fall asleep. This doesn't work for everyone, though!

Try to find some time to laugh with friends as often as you can, too. My friends always cheer me up.

But if the problem persists, and you're still feeling down and out no matter what, see a doctor or a counselor and explain you're concerns. You might be suffering from major depression and need some medication. But until then, try what I've suggested above, and good luck!
