Can I return a book rental at Amazon and get refund?
I rented a book from Amazon on January 9, 2016. But I found that this book was so different from the version my professor required. The due date of the rental book is May 31, 2016 and I paid around 40 dollars on it. If I return the book by January 28, 2016, can I receive the refund(40 dollars)?

I want to return a book I rented from Amazon because I won't be needing it for my class. It's only been 5 days since I've had it. Can I return it and get my money back since it's been less than 30 days?
Returning a book I rented on Amazon??
I rented a book for my History class on Amazon, and it's due soon. The email they sent me says "If your rental is not dropped off at the carrier by the due date, you will be charged for a 15-day extension." So does this mean it must be sent by the due date or does the owner of the book have to receive it by the due date?
When RETURNING textbook RENTAL on amazon, do i HAVE to put bubblewrap in the box or can i just throw the book?
I work at a textbook rental store, so I can help you with this; http://bigmama.ca . It depends on the textbook... so I'll make it easy by doing an if-else list: Does it go in a box? Yes (this is a hard question for some.) Do I need bubble wrap? TBH: We never use bubble wrap. We don't need to by testing. Alright no bubble wrap, so that's it? No. You have now discovered you don't need bubble wrap, but make sure you cut the box down so it isn't as big. To do so, you can take a knife and cut the edges so that it folds farther. Amazon Text Book Rental Return Policy?
Hello! I rented a text book with an access code from amazon. Unfortunately, it was the wrong textbook. Further-so, i used the access code. I returned the book, & the I could find no information on the website about how this would work, or if they would deduct money from the return. I called & was told that the access code being absent from the rental would not make a difference. In other words, they would not deduct money from my refund. Just in case, I sought after further assurance. Will & can they deduct from my refund for not including the access code in the return?
Amazon Restocking Fee on book rentals?
hi, I rented a book from amazon and I returned it after only five days.( dropped my class). the book was in perfect condition and i left it that way. so anyways their return policy on book rentals say i get a full refund if i return the book before 30 days. "if you return the textbook within the first 30 days of your rental period in the same condition as when you received it, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee." and here is the breakdown of my refund Item Refund: $46.17 Item Tax Refund: $4.16 Return Shipping Fee Refund Deduction: ($4.98) Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($25.17) We'll apply your refund to the following payment method(s): Visa Credit Card [expiring on 07/2016]: $20.18. I am not disputing the return shipping fee, but only the restocking fee. does amazon have me confused with someone who may have bought the book because i couldn't find anything on restocking fees on book rentals and only on bought things. P.S i rented the book through amazon and not a third party seller.

Select the textbook you wish to return and then select to print the return shipping label. Print out the packaging slip and return shipping label. Package up the textbook you wish to return, including the packaging slip. Please include only one textbook per package. Apply the return shipping label and take to your nearest USPS location. Return shipping is free when you use the provided shipping label.
