Its a side project of Mike shinoda, the rapper from Linkin Park.Nirvana, Green Day, Red Hot Chilli Peppers,Limp Bizkit, R.E.M, Breaking Benjamin,The script, Hoobastank and crazy town are some classic alternative rock bands. If you don't know which song to listen then Google the band/artist and start with the most popular song of the artist. But now that you had enough of them you can also listen to System of a Down,Nickelback, Muse, Blink 182, The rasmus, Poets of the fall, Foo Fighters, Hinder , Incubus etc.So now that you have had enough.....its time to move on to the absolute classics!Metallica, Pearl jam, Audioslaves, Guns N' Roses, Bullet for my Valentine, U2, 3 doors down, Pearl Jam, The cranberries, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen etc.Well now you have some material to last for years. Are there any bands like ludo???? help!?
That's tricky actually, there aren't really any other bands I can think of at the moment that are really similar to Ludo. They have a different sound. But here's a few that are at least a little bit similar that I also enjoy: - Motion City Soundtrack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sisCgH66Z... - Midtown http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSIxpbLWH... - Saves the Day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQg4p2-Uo... - The Ataris http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcPsVicTi-0&feature=related - Armor For Sleep http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aukwAwv9D60 - The Dresden Dolls http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAnyYTjjhJ0 - Cute is What we Aim For http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3SHseKYQjU If you are interested in something with an operatic sound, although it's very different from Ludo, check out Nightwish. I love this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfPWU6CJ3vY or this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLBxC0nmvMw
What bands are similar to Queen?
Sparks, an American duo consisting of two siblings (Ron and Russell Mael), who were fascinated by the British glam rock scene. In 1974 they even proposed to Brian May joining them, arguing that “Queen are obviously washed up” (true story). Try “Kimono my house” and “Propaganda”. You’ll find similarities, especially in the vocal harmonies and the overall eccentricity.10cc, a British quasi-prog band from the 70s, whose music had an element of parody and self-parody that was also apparent in Queen’s contemporary music. I remember reading that when an acclaimed music journalist (I can’t recall his name) put “Bohemian Rhapsody” in his office for the first time (late 1975), his colleagues thought it was 10cc. Personally, I don’t really like them, they are too tongue-in-cheek for my taste, but it is worth exploring them nonetheless.Led Zeppelin, who need no introduction. Queen are mostly remembered for their Britishness, the operatic vocals and their larger-than-life attitude on stage, but we tend to forget that in the 70s their music had also this quite heavy aspect, which was mainly manifested in their live performances (but not exclusively; listen to the studio versions of “Modern times rock n’ roll”, “Ogre battle”, “Stone cold crazy”, “Death on two legs”, “White man” etc.). Just listen to their Rainbow concerts in 1974 or the Hyde Park concert in 1976. This is the definition of early heavy metal to me.Have a nice day :)
Bands like Alestorm that I might like?
My favorite band is Alestorm and I love how unique their music is. The only thing about that is that I can’t find any music like them. If anyone knows any bands like them that I might like? Thanks!
Is there any bands like paramore, other than meg & dia, and flyleaf?
The Vincent Black Shadow has a dark, cabaret kind of sound that you may or may not like. Also The Sounds are really good.
