What books should my 13 year old girl read on Kindle?

Her books are in the public domain, and so available for free. You can pay for copies, which may not be a bad idea for any extra material that comes with it, but free ones are there.Neil Gaiman. His books such as Coraline and The Graveyard Book were written for the YA audience, but he has many other novels as well.Suzanne Collins. She wrote The Hunger Games, but also the Underland Chronicles, which my son enjoyed.More classics by authors like Charles Dickens, the Brontë sisters, Jules Verne, etc., are also available for free, and Amazon has lists of their best-selling free books that she could look through. There are also the list of best-selling books for sale, which you can also scan by category.One thing that might take a little getting used to is the idea that you won’t have a physical copy of the book. It might feel like you’re paying for air, in a way. On the other hand, if you bought a print copy and read it, then put it on a shelf and didn’t touch it for years, is it really that different from reading an e-copy? At least the e-copy isn't taking up physical space. :)
