What are the odds of getting permanent on to Coca-Cola via a 2 month contract from cor tech?

I had got an email from a Recruiter from CorTech for a job at Coca-Cola. The position is for order builder and the he Recruiter said it's a two month contract. I'm up to the interview and am now waiting on the call, the manager I spoke too said it likely they hire permanent for this position. My thing is I have a job but Coca-Cola will be a big change for the good has anyone else been in situations how did it turn out

How does the Cortech Python Motorcycle Jacket compare to GX Air, GX Sport, or FSX?

If anybody has owned any of these jackets, I'd like to know what you think about them--I have searched but haven't found any reviews online anywhere!

I'm interested in 3 things:
1. Armor--where is it? Is it the hard plastic or soft spongey kind?
2. Ventillation: in the heat, is the jacket cool enough to wear?
3. Warmth: in the cold/at night, does it keep you warm?

PS: I know TourMaster is a cheap brand and won't offer as much protection, but I can't afford anything more expensive, and it's better than the thin split leather jacket I have now which has no padding at all!

Does a crotch rocket have storage?

Mine doesn't have any space. (93 EX500) However, I did buy one of these, and plan on getting the side ones sometime this summer.

What are some good mini project topics for MTech 1st sem computer science students (useful, do-able in 2-3 months, using current trend technology)?

Hello,First things first, I'm not a CS scholar and I don't claim to have much knowledge in Computer science. I mainly work in Bio-medical engineering and signal processing, and I would only try to point certain topics broadly related with my domain which a CS scholar could pull off. 1. In recent years, several new research is coming up in cross-departmental works; especially in fields where medical science and engineering overlap. For CS engineers, a very interesting topic could be Human Machine Interaction (HMI); and in some specific cases Brain Computer Interfacing (BCI). This essentially involves building algorithms and robotics which operates based on physical signals captured from human beings. If someone is interested and motivated enough, a small application could easily be developed.Useful links:How Brain-computer Interfaces Work Cortech Solutions - BCI Examples 2. Another promising field is Computer Vision. This generally involves knowledge in two fields, image processing and pattern recognition; and results in development of algorithms which lets a machine interpret image inputs. Face recognition, handwriting recognition all are essentially computer vision topics and very much in vogue.3. Thirdly, Natural language processing (NLP) is also a trendy topic among researchers worldwide. It generally has two sides : natural language understanding, that is, enabling computers to derive meaning from human natural language input, and natural language generation.Lastly, it's a giant task to suggest projects outright, and I might not have been able to truly justify the question. However, a little ingenuity and a little reading might help an interested person enough to come up with a suitable project idea, doable in that time period. Best of Luck !!

Which is grammatically correct? "If anyone HAS a photo" or "If anyone HAVE a photo"? Why?

Anyone is a singular indefinite pronoun that takes a singular verb. Anyone means "any person". We wouldn't say " if any person have a photo", would we?Anyone is followed by a singular verb, not a plural one. So "if anyone has a photo..." is correct.  *** End of answer ************ I am forced to write more to prevent my answer from collapsing. If anyone finds it repetitive, please ignore. Anyone is a singular indefinite pronoun that takes a singular verb. Anyone means "any person". So "if anyone has a photo..." is correct.

Why are 1000cc sportbikes bad for your first bike?

The main reason that I think a 1000cc rocket is too much of a bike for a new rider is the ease at which the bikes can power wheelie. I had been riding sportbikes (acbr600f4i) for five years before I was ever able to ride a 1000cc and in that first ride home I stood the thing up past the balance point just accelerating onto an on ramp, it caught me totally off guard but at least I knew to use the rear brake, a skill a new rider would not even know about much less think to do when paniced. I will admit that a 1000cc can be used by the right type of people to learn on, but normally the sensable type of person does not gravitate towards these bikes before they have a few years of experance on bikes. With stock gearing a liter bike will power wheelie in both first and second gears without even trying, and with a little throttle manipulation it can be done in third as well, possibly even fouth but I have never done that, other claim they can. Another reason is these bikes will break the rear free at lean under acceleration very easily whick we all know is not the bet thing for a new guy just learning the ropes, knowing when you can hammer the throttle is something that takes time to learn and accelerating under control is also a skill newbies will have to learn, even a 600cc bike can bite a new guy with ease. Ten-twelve years ago the big 900cc sportbikes only made as much power as the new 600cc bikes make. They were alot heavier to boot but people warned new riders to start on 600c bikes or cruisers, dual sports. While the tires, brakes and suspentions have made riding these bikes easier you still cannot just jump on one with no prior experance and expect not to have something bad happen, hopefully just some plastic will get wrecked and only their pride will be hurt.
