Here's some weight loss tip's:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.

- Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism).

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).

- Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day.

- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.

- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

- Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.

- Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up.

- Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.

- Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit.

- Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food.

- Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee. There are so many hidden calories in drinks.

- Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbs

Losing weight success stories? PLEASE help me!!?

Okay. I have a weight problem, Im 5 foot 4 and weigh 78kg, (holy crap i can't believe I just told ypou that) I have broad shoulders and big breasts (always have), when I hold in my stomach I look okay which is a solution when I have to look good in something Im 17 years old and I really don't want to go into my twenties being a big fatty I hate myself, I mean im young and im fat and I just don't know what to do with myself grrr!!


I know the secret: exersize more and eat less right? But my question is, How did anyone else do this, I try but it barly lasts a week!! Its so frustrating, is there anything that can help? oh and to make things worse I have stretch marks due to weight gain which is just plain horrible for me. I am going through a stressful period (heart break, work, school etc) at the moment and I feel horrible


Any help will be so great!!

Atkins success stories!?!?

Yes I absolutely swear by atkins!!! I’m 20 years old and have been a little on the chunky side my whole life…I tried atkins once at 15yrs old and lost 30 lbs in 5 weeks…doing it the right way and exercising will lead to fast weight loss…being 15 and not having the greatest will power…after a while I gave up on it…I did it again when I was 17years old to lose weight before graduation and I went from a size 14-16 to a size 6-8 in 2 months…then after graduation I gained it back cause I went back to eating whatever I wanted…I am currently on my 3rd time and I can tell you that it still works but it’s much slower once your body has already figured out what your tricking it into doing(burning fat rather than carbs for energy) …

Still atkins is amazing! More than just the weight loss I’ve had other health problems fixed! This looong list includes acne and other skin problems, IBS, heartburn, anxiety, and it regulated my menstrual cycle better than any birth control on the market! On top of that you’ll have to worry less about infections and sickness since a lot of bacteria as well as yeast feeds on sugar!

My best advice would be to stick with it on your wedding day, on your honeymoon, and for the rest of your life! Don’t even cheat on that one day! There are plenty of low carb alternatives to the classic cake recipe and gourmet dishes! In fact the most luxurious of foods are aften low carb (steak, chicken, duck) Plus once you’ve finished the first two weeks of induction you won’t have many cravings anymore so the life style becomes a breeze…

Another tid bit of advice…eat all the allotted vegetables! Sometimes its just easier to forget about them, but don’t! You need the fiber or you’ll start feeling bloated and sluggish. That’s my only problem with it…

If you do it the right way! You’ll have reduced cholesterol and be an overall healthy person. Do not listen to naysayers…most of the time they have no clue what they are talking about!!!! Inspirational weight loss stories?

I lost 30lbs in 4 months. I had such a hard time losing weight when I turn 40, I just kept gaining weight for no good reason, didn't change the way I ate or exercised but I know its because when you turn 40 your metabolism slows down alot.So I found a site on facebook, type in hcg, and I started doing the drops and I couldn't believe the amazing results I got, I'm still on it cause I have like 45lbs to go but it DOES work. Trust me, it took a long time for me to find something that actually works and this works!
