Any Vocaloid Songs That You May Recommend

Vocaloid song recommendations?

Please let me know which songs are good but the song must have at least one of these three Vocaloids in it for the majority of the singing: Len, Gakupo, Kaito. Any combinations including them are great ^_^ Ones that tell a story are nice too, or with a good video.

BUT if you know of ANY songs that cross over with another media (example, the Vocaloid song Loveless xxx is about a yaoi manga) then tell me about those too REGARDLESS of who sings, even if they aren't on my list.
Thank you :)

Which songs suites my style?

What Vocaloid song is this from?

I don't think it is from a song. Vocaloid art often leads a life of its own. For example the recent "bottle Miku" craze of underwater Miku pictures didnt come from any song or video. Somebody drew one picture and people liked it and did their own.

Vocaloids in gas masks/respirators has been a popular horror and post-apocalyptic image for years, and it works especially well with Gumi as she already has goggles.

The Gumi with a respirator and Miku in a blindfold seems to have come from this image, uploaded June 1, 2010. http://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/681523 The artist is doing a play on the phrase "I can, like, HEAR you breathe" Other images of Gumi in a gas mask that I could source all seem to have come later. I also checked the vocaloid rankings for April and May 2010, and there were no especially popular GUMI songs involving gas masks at that time.

What are some good Vocaloid Songs?

Hi, I've been looking for more Vocaloid songs to add to my vast playlist.

I'm a big fan of VOCAROCK (Vocaloid Rock songs) and techno/trance! I love all the Vocaloids, but I don't tend to like Gumi or Meiko much, unless the melody of the song is superb.
I know all the classics (Romeo and Cinderella, Melt, etc) and I am looking for more uncommon songs. Thanks in advance! :)

Do you think you could help me find this vocaloid song? It was originally by Rin Kagamine...?

I don't remember the name of this song or any of the lyrics (I know bad right?) I do remember the video however. It was very creepy and Rin would be visiting (or living) with Len at the hospital and she would go and kill other characters like Miku and Kaito for body parts for Len because he was sick? I can't remember everything all I know is Len was pretty creeped out xDD If anyone knows anything please help me!

Who owns the copyright to Vocaloid songs?

Who owns the copyright? It depends. Mostly on who the producer's label was, or if they are indy (small or self publishing label) promoted.

Crypton future media have their own label "Karen-T" for Vocaloid users (who are registered with them).

Crypton doesn't need premission from the artists within their label, as anyone who goes through them as its part of their agreement, but the artists get royaltities is their songs are used. However, Supercell uses Sony as a label, therefore any Supercell song needs premission from Sony.

There are some other considerations too...

Crypton own the copyright on "Hatune Miku" and the other CV series, as well as Kaito and Meiko. So, therefore premission is needed to use her image commerically.

To be able to mention "Vocaloid" though, Yamaha owns that copyright themselves (Hence why its "Hatsune Miku; Project Dive" not "Vocaloid; Project Diva"). Therefore, its Yamaha you have to approach on that one not Crypton.

The overall copyright DOES, however, vary per Vocaloid. IA can have her image used on CD cases and posters, unlike Hatsune Miku, without premission.

Vocaloid Songs Like Plus Danshi, Luvoratorrrrrry, Gomen Ne Gomen Ne?

Plus Danshi, Luvoratorrrry and Gomen Ne Gomen Ne are some of my favorite vocaloid songs because of their energetic sound. Can you recommend any other songs like them? (they don't have to be vocaloid neccessarily)

What is an outstanding song of Vocaloid?

So, based on your self-answer, you want something that would be good as someone’s first look into the VOCALOID software, specifically to an American audience, correct? In that case, I do have a few suggestions. For perhaps the best examples of such songs come from the producer YusukeKira. They’re a VOCALOID producer who primarily makes English VOCALOID songs ( though they’ll occassionally make Japanese songs too ). If you’re looking for songs with traits typically of American pop music, nobody does it better than Kira.Good examples include:Heartbreaker-P also makes music in the vein of American pop, such examples include:( The Original Version of this song with Luka was deleted, along with a lot of heartbreakers’ older songs, so i just linked to a good cover with MAIKA )If you were wanting songs however, that better reflected the VOCALOID community, and didn’t necessarily cater to Americans, producers like Circus-P, nostraightanswer, and Crusher-P might be good optionsFor Circus-P:For nostraightanswer:For Crusher:There’s also the matter that the VOCALOID community is very diverse. With the audience being American, I would avoid Japanese songs, just on the basis that they might feel that it’s too “weeby” for their tastes, but perhaps they may enjoy other types of songs from different languages in culturesThese songs are from MarvyanakaP, a Polish VOCALOID producer who makes songs in both Polish and English:YZYX, a producer known for multilingual songs, though seems to have a preference for Spanish specifically ( these songs will have some Japanese lyrics, but English and Spanish ones as well ):Ensou, a producer who makes songs in Filipino/Tagalog:Aside from all of that, here are some other miscellaneous songs from various producers you might find useful:( Putting IA English songs here in this section, because IA’s English voicebank is for CeVIO, and not on VOCALOID, but, same community, and her Japanese singing voicebanks are on VOCALOID )( Also putting Teto here, because while she’s not a VOCALOID period, English voicebank or otherwise, she is significant to the community )Those are some of the better examples I could think of. Hope that helps
