Safari balls in Pokemon X/Y?
Yes, Ditto would be correctly shown as having been caught using a Safari ball. I've imported plenty of previous-gen Pokémon into X and Y, and a lot of my Pokémon are displaying their original capture ball ranging from Kurt's apricorn crafts to Safari Zone balls. The minigame does not change/overwrite or otherwise affect the original ball data at all. Considering you "catch" your Pokémon with different Poké Balls in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum & HeartGold/SoulSilver Pal Park and Black/2 and White/2's PokéTransfer lab as part of the minigame, the unnamed ball you do use in no way affects Pokémon once successfully reclaimed.

How can I easily get a 6IV Ditto in Pokemon X in 2018?
Thank you for A2A Andy WalshAfraid the obvious answer is to cheat via Pokegenning.But if you don’t like filthy cheating, as I don’t either, you will have to get EXTREMELY lucky in the Friend Safari, or find someone else who got lucky and get it from them.

How do i get a shiny froakie in pokemon x and y?
I have been trying to get a shiny froakie in pokemon x and y for about a week now. I started out breeding my greninja with a forign ditto. a couple of boxes full of froakies later, i switched my grninja, who is american, to a german one. that didnt work either. then i got a friend safari that had frogadiers. i spent countless hours, searching in there. i thought it might work because i had gotten a shiny stunfisk earlier. When i was searching i did the restraunts and got the perfect amount of turns and tipped $10000 each time. still nothing. If anyone knows any other tips to help me, please tell me. Thank you!
How would I IV and EV train this pokemon?
I've been playing pokemon for a few years now, I started out really late in Platinum (don't judge me my parents hated pokemon and it took me forever to convince them to buy me a game) and Empoleon soon became my favorite pokemon due to my love of penguins and water type pokemon. I lost the save file with my original Empoleon on it so now I want to start out fresh. I have a male serious natured piplup with the torrent ability who has "relatively superior" potential and 31 IVs in Speed and I'm still looking for a female. What I'm hoping to get is a modest natured Special sweeper Empoleon with 6 31 IVs or 31 IVs in everything other than attack and 252+ EVs in special attack and 252 EVs in speed and maybe 4 EVs in defense If I have anything left. It's moveset would be Ice beam, Hydro Pump, Grass knot, and yawn (though im not sure about yawn) how would I be able to achieve this in XY?
Pokemon X and Y? Question about trading Pokemon?
On the GTS, there are a bunch of people offering Ditto's, claiming to have 6V's and 5V's with Imposter, Hidden Ability, Pokerus, and so forth.... for Yveltal. I'm thinking of trading my Yveltal for one of these offers, but I'm really scared that half of these people are lying. I don't want to end up getting a lame Ditto Has anyone ever gotten stumped while trading on the GTS? Should I go for it? Yveltal is pretty useless to me, but at the same time I don't want to trade a legendary for a regular Ditto... especially since there are other people offering other worthy Pokemon for Yveltal's ._.
Pokemon x and y how to get unaware quagsire?
You can't just breed for Hidden Abilities. The Hidden Ability must be on the female (if using female+male or female+Ditto) or on the male (for male+Ditto). The Hidden Ability cannot just appear out of nowhere. Even using a Water Absorb Quagsire with an Imposter (Ditto's HA) Ditto will always result in you getting a Damp or Water Absorb Wooper. An Unaware Wooper/Quagsire (if bred correctly), can result in an Unaware, Damp, or Water Absorb Wooper.
