Does anyone know what remix it is to the song "Nwa- Dopeman" on Menace II Society?
Theres a scene in Menace II Society where Cane is cooking crack cocain, and the song Dopeman by Nwa comes on but its a certain remix that id like to know. If anyone can put the link that'd be great

You should try a 2-CD set that is out of print ... from 1998 and 2001 ... by Dan "The Automator" Nakamura, and DJ Shadow, and a host of other remixer/producers. They take bits of dialogue and film music from "masala" Bollywood movies (first CD focuses on the 70s ... second CD, which is more "remixed" than the first, focuses on stuff from the 80s) and put backbeats, and augment with extra bass, etc. They are a LOT of fun, and I still listen to them on a weekly basis. I really like that style. It reminds of that feeling I get from "About a Girl" by The Academy, Metro Station, The Maine etc... Its like poppy, but not gay. Anyone know any more songs like this? Thanks.
