Does anyone know the name of the movie where I think a mother and her son and daughter are standed on an island while the siblings are still young. After the mother's death, the son and daughter mature and grow closer and with no other person on the island, I think they fall in love with each other. They live very naturally, with home built out of bare resources (a treehouse). If it helps, i remember a scene where i think it is the girl's birthday, or some other happy occasion, and there is a scavenger hunt to celebrate where the girl find's a pearl. Thanks.

The show was called LEXX, however, there WAS a movie based on the ship as well.. I think it was called Event Horizon.. Does anyone understand or know why in a TV show or movie, if someone is unconscious and unresponsive the other character just yells and shouts their name crying instead of calling 911, or actually trying to help them?
It’s actually very common for many people to not know what to do when a tragedy occurs. My own mother, who worked for a doctor, screamed senselessly when my sister fell through a glass door. I had to take care of her. So, shock and disbelief can kick in, leaving the person seemingly senseless.Not everyone, well most people, don’t function well in an emergency. And that’s why you see people reacting in a variety of ways to a desperate situation. What you may see is people simply staring, people shaking or running away, screaming, or just calling the victim’s name and shaking them. Most people just don’t know what to do. It takes having your wits about you to know how to act and what to do. You need a clear head and sense of responsibility.Sadly, I once read a news story about two women whose tire went flat who were brutally attacked by two men who’d approached in what they thought was help. The women felt completely helpless, could do nothing. What they didn’t realize, or even think of is that they still could drive that car, flat tire and all. They could have driven it farther to get away from those men - but they simply didn’t know that, so they felt helpless. There’s nothing worse than feeling helpless, and that sense can be a reaction to an event they don’t know how to deal with.

I was on "Hi-5" -so embarrasing when I was in yr2, in yr5 School Spectacular 2004 a dance show (formed by the John guy who's the music composer in Aus. Idol) in late half, Wakakiri-a dance show I was in performing "The Show Must Go On" with Ashbury Public in yr4-2003, I was on some weird news of "How much Aus cares" just walking past the camera not knowing it was there! My primary friend, Alycia is an actress and is on alot of commercials like the Spy Kids add, McDonalds', Big Crunch, Munchables, and many more she's also on a show of BrettStreet or sumfin I dunno. It's interesting to see ppl u noe on tv lol. My church friend was voted to be in the "Charlotte's Web" movie in Australia 2000 but it wasn't popular because it was like all little kids it was cute.
