Approximately how many calories will this burn?

I'm an 18 year old girl, 5'4" and weight 118 pounds. I just did this workout:

-20 burpees of a variation we do at my karate school (basically a jumping jack, jump down into pushup position, hop your feet out into a "v" and then back together, do a push up, then hop your feet in and jump up with your arms over your head)
-30-45 seconds of high knees
-30-45 seconds of mummy kicks (they're from Insanity, they look like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpRug9vfY0E)
-3 minutes of dancing (basically I just hopped around like crazy to the music and looked like a fool haha)
-30 jumping jabs on each side (jumping jack, then a jab in front, alternating)
-1 minute or so of jumping in place, pretend jump rope
-20 jumping front kicks on each side (we do this in karate, it's not both feet at the same time, one knee comes up and the other kicks so it's kind of a propelling motion)
-3 more minutes of dancing

I did these moves all the way through and started them again until I had been doing them for 20 minutes. It's pretty vigorous exercise, my heart rate was around 160-170 bpm for most of the time, about 70-85% of my maximum heart rate. About how many calories do you think I burned?

How many calories did I burn?

For the past week I've started to bike approx. 4.5 miles a day. There are a good amount of inclines and declines on the bike path and going one way (2.25 miles) I have a headwind and the way back with a tailwind. I'm a 150 pound 16 year old. I looked on other posts and they said calorie burn depends on many factors, so I tried my best to cover them all. Thanks in advance for your help.

A 8 min/mile pace for for me will burn 110 cal per mile. 100 if I am going at 9:30 min/mile. That;s 1100 just for the running part for a 10 mile race. Add another 1000 calories (at the most for obstacles). Another way would be to think by time. If you run it really hard, it should be atmost 900 cal / hour. but then you will be done in 2 hours. That is again 1800 cal. Don't count on burning more than 2200 cal

Well your obviously a female but I do not know how much you weigh which is a big factor.
For a tumbling class for a 130lb female probably about 250 calories

Tumbling is decent muscle conditioning but it is no where near as good as running for cardio and calorie burning
