Well it's a levantine Arabic "Lebanese,Syrian or Palestinian" it means : What did you leave me suddenly that day.!! leash = , why tarkteene = you left me "from a male to a female" mara wa7deh = suddenly hadaah = that alyoum =day The Arabic words are written inEnglish letters as it sounds in Arabic.Notice that the number "7"stands for a sound that doesn't exist in English language ..may be that's why some answeres thought it's non-sense. My God, you're amazing/mind-boggling. I mean, if Johnny treats you like that now then how will you be when you're with him? I miss you, you beauty. It is Arabic slang, and the transliteration is ineffective, random, and does not adhere to any universal rules established by the Library of Congress. I cannot say for certain whether the previous answers' explanation is accurate or not, as I have never encountered any messages that contained some of the substituted letters he has mentioned. It really is random, from person to person. I hate to say it, but if you did not understand this text, even without knowing every letter and symbol, then your Arabic needs some improvement. If you try hard enough, and if your Arabic is decent, you should be able to get the gist of the meaning or context from within the sentence. I recommend a book named "Ahlan Wa Sahlan" by Mahdi Alosh, a Yale University Press textbook. If you can finish this book, and are literate in English, you should be within an intermediate level of Arabic language comprehension. Do your ancestors proud; master your language.
