All I have, as I search for objective facts on the subject, is a cut/paste from Wikipedia, which is probably not an ideal source but: It is a common misbelief that hookah's are safe compared to cigarettes and merely provide flavour. According to Centers for Disease Control (CDC), a typical 1-hour traditional tobacco hookah smoking session involves inhaling 100 to 200 times the volume of smoke inhaled from a single cigarette. Traditional Hookah's also increase the health risks by producing high levels of carbon monoxide, metals, and cancer-causing chemicals. While there has been no study, Electronic Hookah manufacturers claim for it to be much safer than the traditional ones. A e-Hookah produces vapour by same technology as electronic cigarettes and electronic cigars. An eLiquid, typically made of distilled water, Vegetable glycerin (USP grade), Propylene glycol (USP grade), Natural flavours is vaporized inside a atomizer. The atomizer gets activated by inhaling the device; on detecting the airflow the heating element is activated releasing vapor.

I think your talking about the e-pen (vaporizing pen) which is a portable vaporizer and unless you smoke weed its pointless (you still get the bad tobacco stuff, vaporizers are to heat weed in a controlled way so you get a perfect hit). what you want is those water vapor pens with nicotine that shouldn't do anything to you but the effects of nicotine ,euphoria, relaxation, and very minor addiction. And I never heard of anyone wanting to switch to nasty *** tobacco (youll never switch to tobacco if you use it) Also if you want more nicotine they offer different concentrations and they also have different flavors. its basically a more effective, cleaner and tastier way to get nicotine. you can find them at gas stations or smoke shops. P.s. people say hookahs are safer because hookah tobacco is higher quality and they dont add all the chemicals that they add to cigarets.

Is smoking out of a hookah pen bad for you?
The pen is WAY better for you than an actual hookah...but the real hookah is so much more enjoyable. I have used both. Hookah pen is really just an e-cigarette that heats of glycerin with a tiny amount of nicotine and flavoring. When inhaled it creates a non-carcinogenic smoke. Its relatively safe, but remember you are usually ingesting a bit of Nicotine. This pen idea is better than smoking a hookah from a health standpoint.

Give a smoker 0% nic, you'll just have an irritated smoker tearing apart the house for a cigarette.
