Are These Abs Or Fat You See When I Do A Headstand

Can you be fat and have the outline of abs?

Yes, but that’s if you have really muscular, thick abs that can outgrow that fat by doing weighted ab workouts or simply with your genetic predisposition. This guy up here, if he didn’t have lots of muscle mass then he would be flabby and his abs won’t show. This guy here at the top is maybe what you’re lloking for in your question. You can be fat and have abs but it won’t be very visible unless there’s good lighting. However it is very hard to maintain because you’re just on the edge to being bulky and not lean which is required for abs to show. This moves me to this guy below. There’s a fine line between fat and being bulky with abs and that fine line is very very fine. This is usually a result of dirty bulking which is a bodybuilding term. If you want to get big and have more muscles then you should eat more and lift heavier. Dirty bulking is eating more but not caring about what you eat so you’re lifting more and eating anything like cakes, buffets of oily meat, and calorie dense foods. Clean bulking is eating good whole foods which will leave you having a lean, cut physique like the guy at the topmost photo.

Which yoga reduce the stomach fat?

Stubborn belly fat can be very irritating. You can exercise daily and keep a healthy and balanced diet, but sometimes there’s still that last bit of belly (stomach) fat that your body holds on to. Yoga alone won’t reduce body fat, but when combined with other exercise and a diet free of junk food and noxious additives and chemicals, it can help to boost your body’s metabolism and strengthen your core to eliminate stubborn belly/stomach fat.Practice these five best yoga poses to get the toned belly you’ve been working for!1. Cobra Posture (Bhujang asana).2. Bow Posture (Dhanurasana).3. Pontoon Posture (Naukasana).4. Board (Kumbhakasana).5. Wind Easing Posture (Pavanamukthasana).Edit : Thanks For 1K Views.Join our Yoga TTC : 200 Hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Rishikesh India, Hatha Yoga TTC

Can someone link me to exercises separately for the main middle abs and the side abs?

If you want abs, you don’t need exercises. You need to reduce your body fat percent to single digit. This can be done by creating a caloric deficit (eat less than you burn). Exercises can strengthen the muscles of the core and these are -deadlifts (abs and obliques - side abs as you say)plank (abs)side plank (again obliques)headstand, handstand (abs and obliques)Like I said, you can do all these but in order for abs to show you have to create a caloric deficit
