Guy Friend Asks too Many Questions! Help!?
I have a guy friend who i like a lot. My other friends have no idea but they think i flirt with him and spent a lot of time with him. (i do NOT flirt....) He got suspiscous because the are always singing love songs and whatnot when we are together. He started to ask questions, but i said it was a secret. Im really bad at keeping secrets and i accidentally gave him a little info, and know he thinks someone in my class likes him and is not shy but probably wont ask him out. I told him i couldnt tell him because my friend(me) will get mad at me if i give away her(my) secret. When i asked him why he wanted to know so much, he said in he little flirty way, he might want to ask them out. I think he really thinks its me and i am afraid if he figures it out it will ruin our frendship. We are like best friends. all my other friends think that he likes me but im not sure. Im just confused. should i tell him i like him? He is goin to figure it out. Any advice is helpful Thanks! Kim
Is asking for a $2 raise legitimate or too much?
Just a little info: I work and live in Western Washington. The wages and cost of living are very high. So I was hired on in February for an order entry/customer service position. I had no former experience working in an office so my starting wage was $12 an hour. I did not receive a 90 day review or raise. I learned quickly and know (have been told) that I am very good at my job. Since I've been here we have lost three warehouse workers (out of 7) so I run back there to help whenever I can. We also just lost our accountant and now I do all of the invoicing and most of the accounts receivable duties. I feel like I was overdue for a raise to begin with, but now that I have picked up two extra jobs... Is a $2 raise OK?
