What are the best rock dubstep songs?

Some bands I recommend you check out are Modestep, Battle Tapes, Julien-K, and The Chain Gang of 1974. My favorite song (for the past 2 years now) is “Again" by Battle Tapes. Some more good songs include Linkin Park-Burn it Down, Joywave - Destruction, Symmetry - The Magician, Elektrik People - Fuckin With My Heart, The Chain Gang of 1974 - Godless Girl, Modestep - Machines, Julien-K - Photo Voltaire, Gost - Skull, Alex Metric - It Starts. If you like electric rock I think you will like every Battle Tapes song, as well as Julien-K and The Chain Gang of 1974. Those are definitely my 3 favorite bands right now. If you have any other bands you recommend I would love to hear what you have to say. I have a spirit playlist called Hyyyype mix Vol. 2 on Spotify. My account name is Broski, so you'll know when you find it.

What are the best chill dubstep songs?

Anything that is created by Blackmill, or CMA are examples of great chillstep music in my opinion. Both are similar in ambience but each unique in their music. It's great for listening to while working out as well as for relaxing to sleep. Both artists can be found on YouTube or Sound Cloud.

What are some good light dubstep songs?

Light and dubstep just don’t sound like they would go together, because, well, dubstep normally is about bass so deep and heavy that when played at the volumes it is intended for, it can sometimes even be difficult to breathe. But here is another angle: most people imagine robot sounds and laser beams with crushing halftime beats when they think of dubstep, so I would not blame them for thinking that in general it is an aggro genre. This style though, is what some people call brostep, as they feel it has nothing to do with “real” dubstep.I’ll share with you some tracks I would consider “lighter”, but I want you to have in mind that if you have the right subwoofers and play them at a good volume, you will notice that the absence of the heavy-midrange elements of other tracks paradoxically makes this music sound heavy! Talk about duality.Skream — Sub IslandSome ultralight instrumentation, gives way to a heavy aqueous feeling.Mount Kimbie — Wanna KnowThis track is part of the post-dubstep movement, but has many of the elements that would make it feel welcome at an oldskool dubstep set.James Blake — Limit to your LoveThis man, he has taken a great soul song, and has refashioned into his own (sparse at times) style of dubstep.Biome — HavanaThis low key dubstep track has a baseline that can barely contain itself and will occasionally snarl. The atmosphere is tense, but very atmospheric too. I would also greatly recommend some tracks off Mala’s Mala in Cuba album, because of their great mix of Cuban instrumentation (he recorded actual musicians when he went there for this album), and his top-notch beats. Here is an example:Mala — Mulata

Who is the dubstep song zombies by?

There is this really awesome dubstep song that I believe is called zombies but I could be wrong. At the beginning a girl is talking about a secret war between zombies and vampires or something. I can't find the song anywhere and knowing the artist would really help me out.

What are the best reggae dubstep song?

What is the best reggae dubstep song?I cannot give you an answer when it comes to “best”, but I can give you a few from which you can choose what you like the best. When you phrase this as reggae dubstep songs, I infer that you want tracks that:Are dubstep tracks, with a strong reggae influence or feel. Are songs. In other words, it’s not just vocals peppered here and there as many tracks do, but it seems you want full songs. How about we approach this the following way?I will first list some remixes, because that is the easiest place to find what you ask. Then, in descending order, I will provide examples of things that could fit what you ask.Remixes of Reggae SongsDJ Madd — Rizla DubOkay, so I guess it’s just this one verse that DJ Madd makes a whoel tune out of, but it’s pretty catchy. I am still trying to figure out where these vocals come from.Cay’s Cray — Fat Freddy’s Drop (Digital Mystiks Remix)This is a stripped down remix of a reggae song by Cay’s Cray. The bass pulsating and the ebb and flow of the original percussion and instrumentation make this such a smooth track. And the vocals are solid enough to drive the song.Alborosie - Herbalist (Numa Crew Raggastep Remix)Okay, the ragga vocals are pushed into the background and the bass is monstrous. It has that dub reggae feel, and the way the original song peeps through is interesting.Bob Marley — Is this Love (Remix)I was not sure about sharing this at first. It’s a decent remix, but it ventures into that territory in Youtube where everybody has posted a dubstep remix of every imaginable song ever.Digital Mystiks - Anti War Dub (ft. Spen G)The vocals seem to be taken from another song. Anybody who knows where from is welcome to share. The rhythm is quintessentially Jamaican, but the interpretation is pretty different.Tracks that have vocals and a reggae-dub feelThese, as far as I can tell, are all original tracks, not remixes. The line can be blurry sometimes.Kode9 & the Spaceape — VictimsThis is the trippiest, outer-space dub reggae turned dubstep thing ever. The Spaceape was effective at creating strange lyrical poetry, and Kode9’s musical approach is to me like the auditory equivalent of the Salvador Dali painting with the melting clocks.Goth Trad — Babylon Fall (ft. Max Romeo)This is a pretty straight dubstep track, with vocals that sing about Babylon.
