Beats Solo Not Working On Right Side

Only one side of my beats earbuds are working?

most of the time you can't fix it, which is the really sucky part. i've gone through hundreds of earphones because one side just stops working. try fiddling with the connecting wire or the one that goes up to your earphone, maybe it's loose or something. return it if it doesn't work though, those earphones are pricey and it's a shame for the money to go to waste. if they won't return it, buy the same earphones at another store and switch the faulty ones for the good ones and then return it saying it was a gift for someone who already had them. shady but efficient, i guess.

Beats by Dr. Dre left side of the headphone not working!!??

HI I have dre beats and when I plug it in the computer or mobile they only work from one side while the other isn`t working what should I do i spent a lot of money on these headphones.

Why do my beats original solo headphones not work in my iPad?

Check to make sure the Volume is on the ipad and it's not muted by that switch that many people think is useless on the side of the device. Switch that to up or down and raise the volume and see if that solves your problem.

How do i fix my right side of my headphones?

If they are cheap headphones or massively overhyped fashion toys (Beats, Bose, Skullcandy), just toss them away because repairing them is more expensive than buying new ones from more REPUTABLE manufacturers such as Sennheiser, Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Bowers & Wilkins, Bang & Olufsen, Etymotic, Beyerdynamic or Audio-Technica.

Then again, NOTHING is unbreakable, so you NEED to be more careful with your audio device from now on!

Maintenance tips:

Buy yourself a protective carrying case/pouch and put your audio gear in there whenever not in use
Always unplug your listening device whenever NOT in use
Do NOT wrap the cord around ANYTHING, do NOT let the cord become tangled!
Do NOT jerk your head too much while listening to the music
Do NOT pull from the cord, pull from the plug
Do NOT drop your audio device
Do NOT fall asleep with the earbuds on!
Do NOT crank up neither the volume nor the bass to the max, this kills especially earbuds VERY fast because small earbuds canNOT tolerate maximum volume/bass!
If using in-ear earbuds, please keep the plugs as clean as possible by using DRY lint-free cloth or DRY Q-tip or swab. Do NOT use any alcohol-based cleaning detergents!

How can a person fix their Beats headphones if one side does not work?

I’ve repaired headphones, and Beats is just a brand name. It depends on whether your phones are driven by wire or they’re wireless. If they’re wired…(Were they dropped, causing the issue? I would begin by looking for evidence like dents, stretching or other physical damage that could explain resulting internal breakage.)You could (after ensuring they are not plugged in) begin by opening and examining the 3.5 mm or 1/4″ plug for cracks. If they are wireless, skip this step. Also, if the plug cannot be opened (is a molded-on type), the entire wiring may need replacement from the other end, and soldering may be required. Also, you can carefully disassemble the ear cup of the side that doesn't work and look for a broken wire, a cracked mini-circuit card, or a disconnected wiring connector. Usually this requires a jeweler’s Phillips-head screwdriver or an Allen key (metric sizes are more commonly used for audio devices, as most of them are made in Asia).Obviously, putting a wiring connector back on its terminal is easy (just gently push it onto the post like the other one), but if a wired solder point is broken, that’s more involved (you will need a soldering iron and knowledge of how to re-solder a wire connection). When I did electronics repair full-time, if a customer saved me time by troubleshooting the problems, that saved them money for labor. If the problem resulted from overdriving the headphones with too much power, the repair will also be more involved. You may need to replace a whole driver (or both of them). If the replacement parts cost more than new headphones, then buying a new pair may be your better option.Another part of wireless headphones that you could inspect and look for damage or a connection issue is in the battery and power wiring. If each side has its own battery, first examine the power circuit in the good side and then ensure that the malfunctioning side appears identical. If a wire sends battery power to the second side, it could be broken. If the batteries are on both sides, maybe you have low or dead batteries on one side, or the one battery may be improperly installed (in which case removing and re-seating it may be the fix).If the problem is in a wireless system, it’s rarely the sort of issue that a) a non-expert user can fix, and b) rarely would only one side being out result. I would take such headphones to an authorized repair location.Good luck; thanks for the A2A.

So I've seen people with the beats solo 3 wireless headphones having both LED on both side on. I know on the right side is the fuel gauge but how do you turn on the LED on the left side of the headphones?

Beats Wireless Solo 3?

I see people having both LEDs turned on. Right side is the power button but on the left side I see people having that light on. Question is how do you get that to turn on?

How come only one side of my headphones work?

They are broken. Sorry its a REALLY common thing, Ive had it happen to at least 5 pairs of mine. Either get new ones, take the old ones back, or just dont listen to your mp3. Im really really sorry but thats just the way it is.
