Becoming a Hooters Girl, please help me!?
I live in Massachusetts! Please help me! 1 I have Acne, dark spots and everything. I'm trying to clear it all up so it will be non-existant, but in order to work there I'm sure you can't have visable scars/bumps. If I wear coverage, will that affect my acne and make it worse, or can it still heal and be less visable over the course of time due to my diet? I don't want the make up to affect my skin and make it age and make my pores clogged and create more acne. 2 Is wearing Cat Eyeglasses and bright lipstick okay? 3 Is there anyway they can give me a free uniform? 4 I can't have a Paloma Faith like Blonde streak? No exceptions? 5 I'm 18, do I have to be 21 to work there? 6 How much can I make my first month there? How much is the minimum? I am looking for 500 - 1,000(Monthly or every 2 months.) How much do I make a night? 7 Be honest about your expierence there and give me tips! 8 I have scars on my breasts, do I cover them with make up? I know men do not mind it at all, it appears to look like a hickey and I've been told it gives a "Cute/Sexy" effect to my breasts and makes them more desirable. 9 How many times should I apply until I get the job? I need the salary to pay for a Motel room for about a few months, close to a year or so on. Any alternatives? Thank you!
Becoming A Hooters Girl?
It is the easiest job you will ever have. On some days I literally get paid to stand and do nothing. If you do decide to become a hooter girl you will start out as a hostess and then move up to become a waitress. I am currently still a hostess so the only time I get tips is when someone orders take-out. But I have asked the other waitresses and they have said that some days they will make around $100 in tips in one night. It's a fun job. The guys there aren't bad, they just come for beer, wings, and girls. I have never had anything inappropriate said or done to me. Actually despite what other people might believe, a lot of families come in there to eat. They only have rules about your appearance. You have to wear make up, you have to wear your hair styled, you can't wear your hair up, you can only have your nails painted clear or in french tips with white or light pink, you can't have your hair be an un-natural color or ombre, your shoes have to be clean, there can be no rips in your pantyhose, and if you want to wear a crop top you have to be approved (basically you can't have a muffin top). If you're pretty and have the look then it will be really easy to get the job, you might have two interviews or you might just be hired on the spot. There can also be a lot of drama sometimes because you are working with a bunch of girl. Overall, its an easy job and the managers are usually easy going. I'm a full time college student who works there and I am not worried about finding a career in the future because there is nothing wrong with working a hooters. I am just a hostess and a restaurant.
I've been trying to become a Hooters Girl...?
I currently work at Hooters and was hired on the spot (which is what they do with most girls that they really like). They are looking for people who smile, can start a conversation easily, and someone who can kill people with happiness. What they are not looking for is trashy looking girls, greasy, multi-colored hair, super long finger nails, body tattoos(which have to be covered if you do get hired, even if its under the uniform), shy and scared people. The few minutes that the manager talks to you after you hand in the application can be crucial. I wouldn't recommend putting "stripper" on your application, that's a huge turn off for the managers ... at least at my Hooters. Another reason is you could be too old? I'm not sure how old you are but usually hooter girls are 18-23 on average. But at my hooters we actually have a 30 year old hooter girl, but she is seriously the most energetic girl in the world and shes super duper pretty; so there are some exceptions. When you apply don't try to look too over done (no cakey foundation, false eyelashes, glitter, too much boobage). Here is what I did when I applied: I wore dark blue wash skinny jeans, my short uggs, and a simple white T with a fashion scarf. I wore minimal makeup (foundation, powder, blush, mascara) and I put a tinted chap stick on. I walked in asked a girl if they were hiring she said yes. Brought me to a table and got me a huge water and the manager came out and gave me an application and gave a look at me(to see if I was worth interviewing I guess). After I was done the manager talked to me and I starting telling him jokes that made him laugh so hard he said he needed to go to the bathroom. Soon after he came back he gave me info on a test I needed to take and then when I brought it back I can set up an orientation. You don't need previous restaurant experience. It would be in your benefit because training is a ***** (seriously very difficult, which involves 5 tests, one of which is 134 questions long and you can only get 13 wrong. Luckily you can retake it as much as 3 times). Another reason they might not have hired you if they weren't hiring. Doesn't matter what boob size you are. Hope this helped girl! Input on being a Hooters girl?
Okay so here's the deal. I turned 18 last month and I start college at the end of this month. I work at a local burger joint and as much as I thought I'd hate working at a fast food restaurant, it's not bad at all. I find so much joy in greeting the customers and giving service with a smile. They often compliment me on my friendliness, smile, and face lol. So basically I really enjoy serving others. There's always been something inside me that's been interested in joining Hooters once I became of age. I don't come from a very wealthy family and my paychecks hardly ever make the cut. I'm having a hard time getting loans for my tuition and I know being in a sorority will require a ton of money. So the initial question is, should I apply? The only bad thing is that I wasn't raised to be that kind of girl. I understand that Hooters girls are just doing their job and have mad respect for them. But let's all be real, it's frowned upon by most families, especially mine. A woman showing off her assets for good tips isn't really a good thing. I would feel as if I'd lost respect for myself and I'd be a disappointment to my mom. But here's the way I see it: I'll be making a good enough amount of money to not be struggling, and it's not like I'm looking to get married anytime soon. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Any input is appreciated.

Wow, You go for it girl. My girlfriend and I love with their buffalo wings (boneless). We always stop when we pass a Hooters, California, Oregon,and Washington. Many hooters girls have small breasts as well as small butts. There shorts run very small, my my 10 year old wears a large women's shirt at Hooters. As far as the braces go, I have seen a few girls a Hooters wearing braces. My girlfriend is 6 foot tall and 180, she thinks it would be fun to work there. No Hooters near us, I am out of luck on that one. She describes Hooters as like Disneyland, you should have fun and make some money too.
Pros and Cons of being a Hooters Girl?
First off, I'm not a hooters girl. I'm a 19 year old guy....But I used to wait tables. No matter what you're gonna get awful jokes from any one and if you want a good tip, you're gonna have to laugh at them. Now if the joke is creepy you can either suck it up and get the money from the perverted bastard or you can tell a manager about the situation and get no money. But not every one who goes to hooters is a creep ( but you will see a lot). Waiting wise, Hooters is where the money is for any attractive young girl. I waited at a Applebee's in the Ghetto and I could work 4 hours and make $120 from hood rats. You will probably make bank. Hooter's is what you make of it. You're not actually doing anything that could be considered trashy or looked down upon, you're just waiting tables and trying to make a living
Tattoos and being a hooters girl?
Yes, people get denied because of that so cover them up when you apply. Hooters is image based and tattoos are kind of trashy in their eyes. Girls with tattoos work there though, but they had to just buy that expensive tattoo make-up. As long as your tattoos aren't to vibrantly colored and can be concealed with make-up easily enough, you should be fine.
