What's the best hair dye brand?
There are no hair dyes that don't wash out within a few months. Most people would wait 2 months at max to retouch and if they still want their color vibrant. Although, there are some dyes that stay longer than others(taking in consideration if you wash your hair 1-3x a week). I've heard Artic Fox works really well especially if you don't want to retouch too soon. I also really like Directions, the color is very vibrant, but this would only last if you wash your hair 2x or less a week. I've heard Manic Panic would work too, but it depends on the individual. Splat and Raw sucks, personally. The color is splotchy(that may be my fault), and it's hard to dye over. I've never tried Special Effects. Hope this helps.

if you want one that washes out in a few weeks, just get a semi-permanent color. Garnier has really great colors, and even the permanent ones wash out (i just used garnier for the first time last weekend and a little washes out each time i shower) Feria also has fantastic colors, but the permanent ones don't wash out as easily. Also I would recommend going to a beauty supply store..they have all kinds of colors in semi permanent dyes. You oculd also get good tips from the sales ladies. Good luck

I'ld have to go with Garnier Nutrisse. I've tried other brands, but I like Garnier the most. The color seems to last longer. Also, it doesn't damage your hair if you leave it on too long. They cut off the water when I was in the middle of dying it a couple of years ago and my hair and scalp were fine.

Pick any one of these. Mix 2oz of Permanent color w/ 2 oz of developer. f) Apply and process 30 minutes and you will be blonde... g) The Sally sales associate can give you some great advice on selecting the right Clairol color. best for dry damaged hair? go for clairol natural instincts. its a demipermanent, so youll need to do it about every month-6 weks because itll fade out, but theres no damage to it, so your hair can improve in condition while using this product. Im usually a fan or loreal preference, but its too strong for damaged hair. You could also try loreal natural match, but ive seen better results from natural instincts. Stay away from nice n easy and feria and "natural" dyes like henna. those may not be as harsh on your hair, but they contain chemicals that, when mixed with ..say lightener used for highlights or you get a perm... will cause your hair to smoke and melt . its bad stuff and the only way to get rid of it is to cut it out, because you cant bleach it or your hair will dissolve.
