Best Drugstore Liquid Eyeliner?
If you are going cheap, I would suggest the Wet N' Wild H2O Liquid Liner. For the price is amazing. Revlon Color Stay is quite nice for every day wear. NYC Liquid Liner is my personal favorite. It last me as long as Revlon Color Stay and its a bit cheaper. Its just personal preference, Revlon has a sort of ink tub package and with a pointy felt tip applicator. NYC is long and it has a long, thin brush applicator. Milani has a great one too. Its the Milani Liquif'eye. It comes in a pencil form as well, just like the Revlon. Its real tough duty, more than any of the others I have mentioned. :) Hope this helped, Good Luck.

Best drugstore gel or liquid eyeliner?
Im looking for a drugstore gel or liquid eyeliner or any eyeliner thats affordable in general (not including pencil eyeliners). It would be great if it is waterproof but as long as it doesnt smear or smudge. -what is the name of it? -how much? -where can i get it? -is it scented? (If so, what does it smell like? -how thin or thick is the brush/marker? -how opaque is it? (Color pay off) -is it waterproof? -how much can it withstand water? -does it flake? -does it smear or smudge easily if you rub your eyes for a little bit? -does it have a glossy finish? -have you tried this product before? Best drugstore liquid eyeliner pen?
L'Oreal Lineur Intense in Carbon Black. It's the best felt-tip pen available, in my opinion. It's better than all the other felt tip liners I've tried, including high-end ones, and the Carbon Black shade is a very rich, dark black. The shape of the pen is thin so you can create a very thin line, but to make a thicker line just press harder--it's a very basic concept, and I bet you'll master it with the second, if not first, try. Additionally, it stays put all day long as long as your eyes don't water and you don't rub your eyes.
Brst drugstore liquid eyeliner?
im in need of a new liquid eyeliner and after many reviews i have three eyeliners: maybelline line stiletto liquid eyeliner, loreal carbon black linear intense felt tip liquid liner, and the revlon colorstay liquid liner. i need a liner that wont tug on my lid, last at least 5 hrs, be able to draw thin & thick lines, and wont flake! out of these three would you reccommend? or if you have a different drugstore liner please let me know!!
Drugstore liquid eyeliner that's REALLY black?
I bought a wet n wild one to try, it wasn't good at all. It creased on my eyelid horribly. Then I tried a Physicians Formula one, and it looked blue when applied. What's a drugstore eyeliner that's really black, long lasting, and smudge proof?
Ardene's liquid eyeliner vs. Other drugstore liquid eyeliners?
i gotta say i love ardenes accessories and stuff but i have bad luck with their makeup (though i have only tried lipgloss and nail polish) try loreal telescopic. it comes in basic colors but is quite good, if you want something more colorful then you might have to try a sephora store. their sephora brand makeup is about the same price as drugstores but they have lots more choice whether you use the loreal or sephora it with be $7 to $10 per. hope i helped!
