What are the normal measurements for a woman with a 28 in waist?

Depends on the woman's body structure and fat distribution.

Perhaps 32-40 inches for the bust and 34-42 inches for the hips/butt.

So you've got 32-28-34 to 40-28-42.

38-26.5-37----How are these measurements?

Delicious :)

Am I kind of fat? (My current measurement's 34C-30-36)?

I'm 5'2" & 115 lbs. A few years ago I weighed around 105-110 and my waist was 27-28... Now it fluctuates from 30-31 depending on how hungry/full I am.. =(
What would be a healthy/ideal size?
Any opinions or advices would be appreciated!

Why do I still look fat with normal weight and body fat percentage?

A number of reasons. At a certain point, “looking fat” is a subjective assessment of the situation. This guy is about 18% body fat, maybe a little bit more. He’s not fat, but he’s not fat. He could find ways to look at himself to say that he’s fat, though.18% isn’t that trim. See above. What matters a lot when it comes to the view of whether or not you’re fat is where you wear the fat, and how muscular you are. Here’s a guy that’s 18% body fat, but he’s heavily muscled. His fat is fairly evenly distributed around his body so that he doesn’t really look fat.Me? I’m about 18% body fat, but nearly all of it is in my love handles area. My forearms and calves have nearly no fat on them and are heavily vascularHere’s a picture of my hand, very vascular, and no fat.If you look at me from the right angle, you might think I was fat. If you looked at me from above my belly button, you’d think I was ripped. My advice is to exercise to build up muscle. It won’t get rid of the fat necessarily, but it’ll provide you a nicer shape, plus it’s great for you.If you’re not losing fat anymore, you’re not on an energy deficit. Your caloric needs change over time. To continue to lose fat, you have to continue to eat less, or figure out a way to increase your metabolism (lift weights!).
