Can A Ps3 Or Vita Get Virus

Can my ps3 get a virus?

----------------------------------------...
no. it is near impossible. Reason being, the PS3 dosent have random access to material. When you web browse, it dosent download cookies and there is no Limewire for you to accidently get a MP3 file when its really a virus.

Having said that, the only things downloaded onto it are official programs. Now, lets say you put an MP3 file from a Memory stick into the PS3, it still wont do jack to it because that virus is written for Windows, so that same Virus wont do jack to a Mac or Linux.

So the only way then for you to get a virus is if somebody wrote a virus for the PS3 and then you downloaded that from your computer, put it on a CD or Flash drive or something and then put it on the PS3 and then ran it.

So basicly, no

Can I play PS Vita games on my PC?

yes you have to first download PS emulator which can be available on internet and then you can play games and how to use the emulator you can see that in youtube

How to put emulators on PS Vita without Jailbreaking?

At the moment, the hacking process on the PS Vita is not very high. Sony is sick of how the PS3 & PSP are hacked for good, on those two devices you can get ANY PS3 & PSP games / homebrew apps. But on the PS Vita the furthest they went to is making a small handful of PSP homebrews (not PS Vita homebrews) work. But the problem is that the exploit are in specific games for specific system software versions, and you can't downgrade, so you should wait until at least midway 2013 to 2014 until there is a lot more you can do.

PlayStation Home Data Usage?

Hey all!

I was wondering how much data PlayStation Home uses on the PS3. The reason I'm asking is that we have a 25GB/Month plan with our ISP right now, and it resets on the first day of the month (December 1st) I just got an email form the ISP saying that we have used 70% of our allowance, which works out to be about 18GB. Now, when I work out the math, we should only have about 12GB used minus Home with some over exaggeration, which is this:
2GB for YouTube
2GB for Downloads/Updates/Virus Protection Definitions
2GB for browsing on My Laptop
1GB for data on one of my roomies (estimated, she uses Microsoft Outlook to receive about 10 emails every morning and night, some with pictures and documents)
2GB on PS3 gaming (online, updates, etc., although I've heard online is only about 100mb/hour max, and I've probably played a total of 15 in the month)
2GB for my other roomies laptop (basic web browsing, sometimes a site called Poptropica for his kid, which I would like to know hourly data usage for too)
1GB for iDevices and such on occasion.

So with what I have worked out, which seems generous and more than what I would expect, Home has used about 6GB over the month, which I have probably been on a total of 6 hours. Is this possible? 1GB/Hour. I could see it, with all of the characters loading, changing environments, and text chat, but a whopping 6GB? Please, I really need to know if it is Home. I do have a sneaking suspicion this Poptropica could use a lot too, but I'm not sure.

And the only reason that I care is that I alone pay for the data, so if it is because of Home I will either quit or pay an extra $20 for the 50GB, but if it is Poptropica, I might have to block the site, or request the 50GB just so everyone can use the internet worry-free!

Will gta 5 be available for psp?

No. American developers no longer support the psp nor do they support the vita for that matter. Grand Theft Auto V will be released on September 17th on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. There has been no confirmation of pc version but those usually come out a few months later. I wouldnt be surprised if it was released on next gen consoles in the future. But it is definitely not going to be on psp

In PS Vita's safe mode function, the rebuild database always removes the same game. Is the game a risk?

I’m not certain what you’re actually asking, but I think you’re asking if your Ninja Gaiden PS Vita game card is legitimate or counterfeit. If you have a physical card media copy of a PS Vita game, there’s no real way to know if it’s legitimate or counterfeit without looking at the cartridge itself. My guess is that it is a legitimate card because it would likely cost too much to produce counterfeit PS Vita games.Assuming it is a legitimate, it shouldn’t contain a virus. To check your game card, I might suggest stopping by a game store with your card in hand and have a store employee or manager examine the game card. It is particularly helpful if the store also sells used copies of the game for comparison. You can then compare the store card to your card and see if it looks “different” in a way that might indicate if it is counterfeit. With that said, even if the card is legitimate, it could still be corrupt. The cards do contain ROM chips which can be defective or become corrupted (i.e., sitting in the hot sun in your car). A defective / corrupt card could trigger various negative interactions with your PS Vita, including the possibility of requiring a rebuild of the database. The database rebuild may simply be a symptom of your card’s problem. So yes, your card could be corrupted, but it may not contain a virus. Is it a risk? Probably not much, but I wouldn’t use the card if it visibly causes problems with your Vita. Instead, I’d locate a different copy of the game, one that works correctly.Good Luck.
