Can Anyone Read This For Me And Give Me A Good Interpretation

Can you please tell me if this is a good interpretation of ee cummings' poem, r-p-o-p-h-e-s-s-a-g-r? 10 POINTS?

Here is the link to the poem:

Here's how to read the poem in the link:

grasshopper,
who as we look,
now upgathering into himself,
leaps,
arriving to become, rearrangingly,
a grasshopper

This is my interpretation:

Ee Cummings wrote this 2 years after his divorce from Elaine Orr. I think that when you first meet someone (the grasshopper) you get to know them and their different sides. They may seem to change on the outside as they "leap," but never really change. They will always be a grasshopper. Symbolically, this means that even though his wife seemed to have changed after their divorce, she was still the same person. She refused to abide by the circumstances of their divorce and let him visit her daughter.

What do you think? Is this a viable interpretation?

What's your interpretation of Psalm 23??????

i shall paraphrase line for line:

The lord is my providor, he provides all my needs.
He gives me shelter, and peace in my life.
He has given me forgiveness, strength, and vitality,
to do what needs to be done.
Ene though this world sucks, i have nothing to fear because of you, and what you have promised me
i can go anywhere and do anything! because you give me all i need
So I will be with you and love you forever.

for forgiveness, romans is a great book that talks about how Jesus died for our sins. If you/'re tlaking about forgiving other people, the gospels all talk a lot about forgiving your neighbor and stuff.

Can anyone help me interpret this?

" A story must be exceptional enough to justify its telling; it must have something more unusual to relate than the ordinary experience of every average man and woman. " - Thomas Hardy

can someone please tell me what they think that means, i have to write an essay and compare it to books i've read. Would you say i should use plays like Ceasar and oedoipis the king (dont know if i spelled that right) or would you use books like Night and To kill a Mockingbird to compare this quote?

Can someone help me interpret this quote? "literature is the question minus the answer""?

i think it is saying that literature tells a story but it is up to your imagination to bring it to life in your head and to interpret the story's meaning.

I would like some interpretation of these hadiths by Muslim women (but others also welcome)?

1. Women are deficient in intelligence and religion.

In Sahih Al Bukhari's book, which Muslims consider the most authentic book after the Koran we read, "Allah's Apostle once said to a group of woman ; "I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious, sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The woman asked; "O Allah's Apostle, what is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said; "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said; "This is the deficiency of your intelligence…Is not it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The woman replied in the affirmative. He said: "This is the deficiency in your religion….This Hadith has been agreed upon, which gives it the highest degree of authenticity in Islam. That is why it has been accepted and used by eminent scholars such as Ghazali, Ibn Al Arabi, Razi, and others

Why do people read Quran if they dont understand the interpretation of the verses?

Why do you say that people don’t understand the interpretation of the verses? In my view, some parts of the verses are understandable and even don’t need any explanation to understand. Let me mention one verse in this regard:يا أَيُّهَا الَّذينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَ الْمَيْسِرُ وَ الْأَنْصابُ وَ الْأَزْلامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُون(مائده/90)O you who have faith! Indeed, wine, gambling, idols and the divining arrows are abominations of Satan's doing, so avoid them, so that you may be felicitous. This verse is obvious so that the surface of it doesn’t need to any explanation. If you show this verse to anybody, he will read and translate for you as soon as he notices it.Some verses become clear by referring to the other verses. In other words, there are ambiguous but not for ever and one can understand when he pays attention to other verses. An example is like that:صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيرْ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ لَا الضَّالِّينَ(الفاتحه/7)the path of those whom You have blessed such as have not incurred Your wrath, nor are astray. What does “blessed” mean in this verse? The answer is mentioned in another verse (4:69), let me take a look at this:وَ مَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَ الرَّسُولَ فَأُوْلَئكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيهْم مِّنَ النَّبِيِّنَ وَ الصِّدِّيقِينَ وَ الشهُّدَاءِ وَ الصَّالِحِينَ وَ حَسُنَ أُوْلَئكَ رَفِيقًا (نساء/69)Whoever obeys Allah and the Apostle they are with those whom Allah has blessed, including the prophets and the truthful, the martyrs and the righteous, and excellent companions are they! Thus, the verse 4:69 is the interpretation of 1:7. So it implies that people can understand the concept of the verses.

Can anyone help me interpret the following quote from the great gatsby?

I remember this from when I read this novel last year :D

Basically, Nick was saying Gatsby was better person than all of these people.

Nick also states the reason this was the only compliment he gave him was because he disapproved of Gatsby. But he is glad he said it to Gatsby, likely because he'd feel like crap if someone died and he never said one good thing to the person.

I'd have to read this in context again, but it could also turn out to be that this sounded like a compliment, and for that Nick was glad, but it may have actually been an insult. I'd stick with the above though. You may want to get other opinions.

I need a professional dream interpreter to help me read and understand my dreams. Can anyone spend some of their free time helping me figure out what my dreams mean?

I do this kind of work for a living, so I would want to ask you if you had any income at all. If you don’t, because you are still a dependent on parents, I would want you to ask your parents for their monetary assistence in paying for this work. If you are independent, but have zero income, I would be willing to help you at no charge. If you only make a very little bit of money, I would want you to still pay me something, so that you would know that you are willing to invest something of value to you in order to get this work done. Any assistence that your parents supplied would be according to what they were able to pay.If you think you might have some interest in working with me, I would suggest that you work out a payment for a trial session, and see if what I do with your dreams is worth investing in. Work out the payment on the terms listed above. Good fortune with your dream work.
