Does your wall charger have a green sticker on the side with the 2 prongs? If not, it may be the older model charger that was recalled not too long ago for the same reasons. I have seen this happen many times before and it was the charger itself, not the phone. It's best to stop into the store and try one of their chargers to see if it charges when using an alternate USB cable and adapter.

Most of the answers here are incorrect. Wall adapters are typically 5V @ 1 amp, while computer USB ports are typically 5V @ 0.5 amp. Since the USB provides half the current, it charges the phone at half the speed. The slower charging is better for lithium ion battery life because:The lower current reduces the temperature of the battery during charging, which will reduce electrolyte destruction. I can feel my phone get hot when charging from a wall adapter but my phone does not get hot when charging from a computer.Slower charging typically will allow the battery to store more charge than a fast charge.It's easier to stop the charging process at ~80% when you use a computer USB due to the slower charging. Do these people realize you can't charge your laptop via wifi? Clueless! Generally they do not provide outlets for charging. However, each building is different. They usually will have an outlet somewhere out on the floor used to plug in cleaning equipment. Don't expect them to be at every table and they may be rather hard to find. So there is no steadfast rule to give you an answer - it is going to be different for each building you go into.
