What are the chances of getting into the Ohio State University?
It is VERY difficult to gain undergraduate admission these days to the Columbus campus of Ohio State. A selective admissions policy was adopted several years ago, and what was once a football party school for undergrads has become one of the nation’s most academically respected institutions. This is why some people have been rejected in recent years even though generations of family members had attended with no trouble. There IS a very good way around this, however!If you are told you cannot enter the university at its Columbus campus, you can complete your first year at one of the satellite (regional) campuses. If you complete your freshman year with a 2.0 GPA, you can automatically continue on the Columbus campus. This doesn’t even require transferring. The regional campuses offer the identical courses as those in Columbus—but with professors teaching them rather than graduate student assistants. And you will play 1/3 less in tuition. Some students enjoy the personal attention they receive at regionals so much that they end up completing bachelor’s degrees on them without switching to Columbus—although they still go to football games!
Can i get into Ohio State university with a 2.0 gpa?
I now attend Stark State college and was wondering if i would be able to get accepted. I plan on transferring to Ohio state in the spring. I will have a 2.5 gpa and 20 credits after this semester. I plan on taking summer classes and fall classes so hopefully i can get closer to a 3.5 gpa. I've been in plenty of clubs in high school and college. I've also been apart of many sports teams and done numerous hours of community service. I plan on majoring in mechanical engineering but i might change to something else. What are my chances of getting into The Ohio State University ?
Trying to get into ohio university?
As of right now, i am planning on attending ohio university, not to be confused with ohio state university. however, i did not reach my full potential during my freshman year of high school and halfway through sophomore year. as of right now i am a senior with a 2.2 gpa. I would have probably around a 3.0 if i actually tried as a freshman. I am about to take my act in october, and so far i feel like im going to do very well. ive been taking practice acts and have stayed pretty consistent with a 27+ composite score. i am also wondering what i should do to increase my chances of getting in OU. The last thing i want to do is resort to a community college.

How hard is it to get into Cleveland State University?
It's my senior year and I really messed up with my grades. I have around a 2.0 gpa and am taking the ACT in February. Just recently I really realized how much you actually need college to get far in life and now I fear my grade might hold me back. If I do good on my ACT do you think I will get in?

GPA; 2.7 ACT: 19 i have taken 5 AP classes and have done 4 years of sports and volunteering. is the GPA and ACT score MUST HAVE. or will everything else count too!?!?! it sounds like it's a REQUIREMENT or else it's automatic denile. i didn't think Wayne State would turn me down with all this other stuff!! help!! i am a junior and i have no clue where i am going to go IF they turn me down. would they turn me down, just for GPA and ACT score???
