How to lose 25 pounds in 40 days?

I NEED to lose 25 pounds in 40 days. I currently weigh between 135 and 140 pounds. I don't care if it's a crash diet. I know that's bad but I really need to lose the weight for an event. Will this diet plan work? If not, what else should I do?

diet: 500 calories a day (only fresh fruits, veggies, raw nuts, and soy protein. NO BREAD). at least 64oz of water and 2 cups of green tea every day. 2 SlimQuick pills, 3 cayenne supplement pills, multivitamin, b-complex vitamin

exercise: 1.5 hours cardio every morning (mixture of stationary bike, elliptical, and jogging on treadmill), 30 minutes weight training every afternoon, alternating between upper body one day and lower body the next, 1.5 hours cardio in the evening (same as morning), along with 20 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of ab work. Burning ~1000-1200 calories every day

I'm a 13 year old girl, about 5' 3" and weigh around 130-135.
I want to lose up to 30 pounds, so i can get back to around 100, if not 100, at most 115. I have 75 days until summer is here, and i wanna go see my friends across the US, thats one thing that has got me really motivated to lose the weight, i want to be able to impress my friends, also, i'm in a bet with my best friend about who ever will lose the most weight but summer can make the other do something of their choice--- anything! the only problem is i don't know what to limit my diet to, or what kind of excerise will be right for me, and i especially need it for my stomach!(BiG) time! So please help me out, tell me what to do, and is it ever possible to lose that much weight in that much time, even if i AM dedicated?

And please don't tell me my weight is fine, i seriously, dangerouly stress over this, as in panic attacks and what not, i need to lose weight.

get at least 30 minutes of walking in a day - a good fast walk rather than a slow one, the average speed of a good fast walk is 4 miles an hour - so 2 miles in half an hour , but if you are not used to walking fast it will take your body time to get used to it and get that fast, and don't over do it, you don't want to pass out - set a pace, if you need to stop and take a 5 minute rest.

Today is the first day of summer break, and starting tomorrow I want to begin losing weight so when I go back to school in September I'll look amazing. I'm 16 years old & I've already been through losing weight before, I lost 30 pounds about a year ago (I went from 190 lbs to 160 lbs), but since then I've gained 8 pounds back.

I now weigh 168 pounds (76 kgs) and I'm 5'4" (162.56 cm)

My first goal weight is 140-145 pounds since that's the healthy normal weight for my height. (After I get down to that weight, I'm going to work more on toning and getting fit, I just want to lose the weight right now) I know I need to workout and eat healthy, no carbs after lunch and all that. But is it possible for me to lose this much weight in just 10 weeks? I want to look thin and different by the time I go back to school and start my Junior year of High School, I want to finally look how I've always wanted to look and I'm going to be strict on myself this summer. Any things I should know in order to lose the amount of weight I want this summer?

How can I lose 25 lbs in 76 days?

I'm 19, and I'm very over weight. I weight about 240 lbs, and I'm 5'5". I have a large muscle mass, due to all of the sports I use to participate in, but I've consistently been gaining weight ever since junior year in high school. I graduate from tech school in 76 days. I'd like to lose 25lbs, before I move back home. My only issue is I don't have much control over what I eat. The choices for meals here are incredibly limited, and I don't think eating salad every single day is healthy. I do have access to a gym, which I will be doing Cardio 3 days a week, and lifting 2 days a week. I can't run, because I tore my ACL, and didn't get surgery. Any helpful tips for me?
