Is there any way to restore the Facebook account once it is deleted permanently?

Unless they have been identified as SPAM or Trash.I am not aware of, and could not find, any official policy for FREE GMail accounts but I have found a couple folks described as ‘Google Experts’ commenting as follows:“Messages are saved in Gmail forever (unless you delete them, even accidentally).
