why is your snow shovel outside? on the street? and sure maybe you were shoveling and went inside real quick but you could have taken it with you, like what if it got stolen? so no don't sue, if you sue your an idiot

I bought a dog off of a lady that adopted a dog from the animal shelter, i paid the lady $150 and the animal shelter found out I have the dog and called me demanding the dog back and i refuse to give the dog back my family is attached to it and love her so much. The animal shelter said the lady had a contract with them that she had to keep the dog for the life of the dog or give the dog back? I called the police and they said i do not have to give the dog back unless they sue me. I am very upset and worried what options do i have?

Can I sue the person who hit me in a car accident even if their insurance has totalled my car?
I bought a car in December '07, and on August 3rd this year a lady slammed into the back of it without even stopping while my girlfriend was waiting to turn into my driveway. The car was around $34,000 out the door, and I put $14,000 down. My current pay-off is around $19,000. I realize that the insurance company only has to give me Actual Cash Value, not replacement value. Which means that I will probably recoup about 1/3rd of my down payment. Can I sue the lady driving the vehicle personally for the rest of the down payment? It seems that, if it weren't for her hitting the car, I wouldn't be down $8-10k. Also, can I recoup costs for damaged articles that were in the trunk (or what WAS the trunk) either from her or her insurance company? Third, any tips on getting the most $$ for my car?
Can you get sued for calling someone stupid?
My sister had an argument with another lady at work because the lady was making false statements about her behind her back so when she found out about it she asked another lady who works there for her number so she text her. My sister got out of control and she said 'are you stupid?' or 'you are stupid!'( Something like that) And now that lady wants to sue my sister for calling her stupid. I just need truthful answers.
