Can I upgrade my graphics card on my Acer AAHD3-VC motherboard?
I bought a prebuilt Gateway computer recently and I it has an integrated GPU, I've been meaning to buy a new one but I want to know if I would be able to install a new graphics card without any problems on this motherboard.
Does the width of a graphics card matter?
I have a AAHDV3-VC Motherboard. http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-aahd3-vc-acer/ and I wan't http://www.amazon.co.uk/GeForce-DirectCU-Graphics-Express-Surround/dp/B00D7SC3O8/ref=cm_cd_ql_qh_dp_t But the problem is what is that metal line thing next to the CMOS battery? and if I was going to get a new card would the card fit? or would it get stuck in that thing because of the width? Or would it just lay over it? Please help Confused :o
