Can Someone Explain What I Am Going Through

Can someone explain how to write....?

There does exist a standard form in written English, but many well-known and great writers don't follow said rules.

The rule of thumb is to be consistent and do not confuse your readers. You do not need to use quotation marks are even explicitly state who said what as long as your dialogue is readable.

Visit http://mrbraiman.home.att.net/page13.html or http://www5.semo.edu/english/taweb/content/dialogue_rules.htm for a nice overview of the conventions.

Can someone explain prom to me?

Prom is so much fun. Girls get to dress up in fancy clothes and go dancing. Boys were tuxedos or handsome attire. Some groups of kids take limos, and then go out to eat afterwards. Proms last a long time, mine lasted for like 4 hours and was SO COOL! And we had it at a wonderful country club, and we were treated to free dinner too, and portraits. Later other kids went off to do other things, but at midnight, I headed home.
Prom should be safe and fun. Going in a group is very fun, and a person can go with a date.

Can someone explain hemerriods to me?

What are hemorrhoids?

A precise definition of hemorrhoids does not exist, but they can be described as masses or clumps (“cushions”) of tissue within the anal canal that contain blood vessels and their surrounding, supporting tissue made up of muscle and elastic fibers. The anal canal is the last four centimeters through which stool passes as it goes from the rectum to the outside world. The anus is the opening of the anal canal to the outside world.

Although most people think hemorrhoids are abnormal, they are present in everyone. It is only when the hemorrhoidal cushions enlarge that hemorrhoids can cause problems and be considered abnormal or a disease.

2) Go the correct speed on pit road.
3) Group back up and follow the pace care while under caution.
4)Do not do anything illegally to your car.

Red Flag - Large wreck or weather delay that requires a long period of time to clean-up/wait for.
White Flag - Final Lap. One lap till the end.

Can someone explain hydraulic brakes to me?

The hydraulic brake system used in the automobile is a multiple piston system. A multiple piston system allows forces to be transmitted to two or more pistons in the manner indicated in figure 2-21. Note that the pressure set up by the force applied to the input piston (1) is transmitted undiminished to both output pistons (2 and 3), and that the resultant force on each piston is proportional to its area. The multiplication of forces from the input piston to each output piston is the same as that explained earlier.

When the brake pedal is depressed, the pressure on the brake pedal moves the piston within the master cylinder, forcing the brake fluid from the master cylinder through the tubing and flexible hose to the wheel cylinders. The wheel cylinders contain two opposed output pistons, each of which is attached to a brake shoe fitted inside the brake drum. Each output piston pushes the attached brake shoe against the wall of the brake drum, thus retarding the rotation of the wheel. When pressure on the pedal is released, the springs on the brake shoes return the wheel cylinder pistons to their released positions. This action forces the displaced brake fluid back through the flexible hose and tubing to the master cylinder.

The force applied to the brake pedal produces a proportional force on each of the output pistons, which in turn apply the brake shoes frictionally to the turning wheels to retard rotation.
