Elemental Hero Chaos Neos will probably never be tournament ready. But this is a deck that might win a small local tournament, if in good hands. It has a really good effect, but it is nigh impossible to bring out. What is a good deck against Elemental Hero deck?
An Elemental hero deck mainly relies on fusions to win. In order to defeat it, you must prepare anti-fusion cards to cripple the deck. Like "Mispolymerization" for example, when battling an E-hero deck, get 3 copies of this. Have also cards that negate any type of summon (even special summon), "Horn of heaven" would do. When ur opponent tries to fusion summon that monster, it will end up in the graveyard because of HoH (horn of heaven). In my opinion, the card "trap Hole" and "bottomless trap hole", against an E-hero deck will be useless because: -E hero have mostly low atk (some below 1000) -and they fusion summon (which is special summon), which the cards trap hole and bottomless trap hole can't counter since they can only take out a summoned monster when it is normal summoned or tributed. That's all I think... :)
How do i beat a (yugioh) elemental hero deck?
Destiny hero plamsa negates effects of your opponent's monsters. Also, once per turn you can equip one of your opponent's monsters and increase its ATK by half of the equipped monster. The only downside to this card is the high special summon requirement of 3 tributes.

Which is better, Neo Spacian or Elemental Hero Deck?
There are great decks made for Neo Spacian and Elemental Hero's, but you can also use them to support each other in each deck (which in my opinion is better). For Example, you can use an Elemental Hero Prisma to get a contact fusion a lot faster in a Neos deck. On the other hand, you can incorporate several neo spacians in a elemental hero deck with their effects. But it's more like 3 part neo spacian, 1 part elemental hero deck or a 3 part elemental hero and 1 part neo spacian. You just can't cram in both full strategies in one deck unless you have a way to make it work. Back to the question. I would say Neo Spacian, because the lack of effects in an Elemental Hero deck gets tedious due to the fact the main fusion material monsters have no effects. But as i said, it works well if you choose to put a few elemental heroes in a Neo deck, and vice versa.
Yu Gi Oh Elemental Hero Electrum with Elemental Burst?
The trap card Elemental Burst allows me to tribute 4 monster cards with the attributes of EARTH, WIND, FIRE and WATER to wipe all cards on my opponents side of the field. Elemental Hero Electrum's effect says he's treated as a monster with all four of those attributes. My question is: Can I sacrifice ONLY E Hero Electrum to activate Elemental Burst?

elemental heroes are great but only if u no how to use them . i'm still learning mine but i'm ok. Also if i were u go to yugioh.wikia.org (or .com) and search for that booster pack then u can make a deck with cards u want from their but i don't think there r enough.
