Depends on the rules they have broken and the severity. Just the report is not enough. They review each case and make a ruling. They also look at the person reporting to see if the report is of malicious intent. You could get yourself banned/deleted also. ~

it means there are more than 1 person owning the account. for example: i might make an account, then ask people if they want to "co-own". i would tell them the password and we would both own the account. the OWNER is the person who actually created the account and the CO-OWNER is the person they have brought in to help.

The answer is yes.The fact that you unfollow someone is not revelant to wether that person can see your profile or not. Everyone that is following you can see your feed, wether you have it private or not.However, if you want someone to stop having access to your feed if that person is following you, you will have to block that user.
