Can I drink expired whey protein powder?

I bought this on February of this year. I don't workout now but I'd like to just finish this because it's going to expire can't I just drink it for protein everyday I'm not working out just need protein in my diet. I see on the front it says warning professional strength not for amateurs. Can I still drink this to get my daily protein ? Again I don't excersise yet. Doctors say I can't yet don't want to say why lol but I really want to drink this this costed 45 bucks I don't want money going to waist.

NO IT IS NOT SAFE, THROW IT OUT.I thought of it like you once, I had whey protein sitting in my cabinet for a few years because I forgot about it, it was on the back thats why I didnt notice it. Then when I used it my stomach would just start to rumble furiously after a couple of minutes, then mother nature starts calling me HARD. So unless you like sitting in the toilet for hours and smelling shit, then THROW IT OUT.

I have some 100% Whey protein that is over a year past its expiration date and I wanted to know if it's a big deal or not... It still smells fine, but it's way past its expiration date... Is it still as affective even though it's expired? Is it unsafe to use now that it's expired?
