Can I take a weight vest as a carry on?

It will fit in my bag (carry on). It's 60lbs. I just dont know if the objects that give it weight will be allowed.

It is a ZFO 60lbs adjustable weight jacket.. So.. should I just leave it at home or will I be able to take it? If it helps any I will be flying from Minnesota to Chicago
