Can You Live Off Giving Up Bread Rice And Pasta 4ever

Can I lose weight if I stop eating bread, rice, potato and pasta?

I stopped eating bread rice potato pasta and added sugar 18 months ago. These are all heavy in carbs and carbs is what makes you gain weight, the latest medical journals are showing this.I lost 12kg in 12 weeks and put me in my target BMI range for the first time in decades. I eat as much as I like, I just avoid carbs and my weight has been steady for 12 months, a very healthy weight. I feel fantastic. Eat as much fat as you like, my cholesterol levels have dropped. Most bad cholesterol (LDL) comes from eating carbs. My mother-in-law has reversed her diabetes and her blood pressure has dropped to a healthier level. The whole family has been doing it for 18 months, we all feel great, we won’t be going back.

I feel like I'm going to be fat forever?

I've been working out, for four days, every week. Intense cardio to loose fat and weight. I also have been eating a well balanced and healthy diet. This has been going on for about two months now, and I have no seen a difference whats so ever. I feel like I'm going to be fat for ever because of this. I'm 16, 5'3 and 158. What else can help me to lose body fat more quickly?

What should I eat instead of bread?

I'm trying to eat a little healthier and even lose some weight, but my imagination and creativity really sucks.

The real problem is the carbohydrates. I eat bread for breakfast, sometimes lunch too, sometimes snacks and sometimes even dinner (especially when I'm stressed and feel like I don't have time). I eat a lot of noodles too, and potatoes, pasta and all kinds of carbohydrate foods. But the worst part is bread and noodles.

I live a pretty stressful and lazy life so I don't feel like/have the time for making fancy meals all the time. So my question is: What can I eat for breakfast and lunch that is healthy, simple and NOT carbohydrate food? What can I replace the bread and noodles with? Thanks
