HELP!! CAR STUCK IN MUD!! HELP!!?
remove a little dirt from the front of the wheels and put some flat pieces of wood as close and below the tires as possible, with a small angle, the bigger the angle the worst to take your car out (making 4 little ramps one for each tire), if you don't have the muscle to push it a bit under the tires use a hammer. this should do the trick but just to be safe, uninflate your tires a bit to get more traction and cover the pieces of wood with pieces of chain link fence or another type of metallic fence with smaller holes to get a better grip in the wood. if it's a rear wheel drive vehicle, load it with some bricks or dirt or concrete on the back to get better traction. use 1st gear to get out of there, if you want to go backwards, remove dirt fro the back of the tires and just put the pieces of wood and fence on the back and below the tires and reverse. to get out don't step on the gas too fast, just try to take it out without any wheel spin as it will make your car sink even deeper. check if your car has traction control or a feature to block the differential or to enable four-wheel drive, if it has, activate them all. if you have people that are willing to push your car while you try to get it out the better, if you have a friend that has a car of pickup that lives nearby you can ask him to give you a push, you have tons of options. i got stuck dozens of times because near my house there are a lot of dirt roads and my van is rear wheel drive and doesn't weigh much on the back so believe me, i know. ps. i carry a slab of concrete on the back of my van and i don't get stuck for a long time now, but just to be safe i also carry 4 pieces of wood and chain link fence, we never know the day of tomorrow...
Car stuck in mud/snow, Help?!?!?
I live pretty far out into the country and have a really long driveway...that my car is now stuck in. The driveway is on a bit of a slant and the car has gone off of it and is now stuck on a downward angle in the snow, and a bit of frozen mud (due to tires accidentally spinning afew times) I've tried everything I can think of to get it out, this is my last ditch effort before I call a towtruck...any suggestions on what to do?? Thanks

I know how to get my car unstuck, but I don't know if I should do it now or wait. It's been raining a lot where I live and the ground is very wet outside. I won't need my car for a while, should I just wait until it dries up outside before I try to get out? My wheels are buried up to the axel almost.

we have been having sum bad rain and i moved my old car in the back yard and it kinda sunk the front two wheels I'm trying to get it out and its stuck in mud due to the rain should i wait till the sun dries it up or what can i do...

If you got insurance they will come out free of charge. If not you are SOL. If not for my help. Chains, bricks fallen GREEN tree limbs and at least 2 other people. How bad are you stuck? I will edit once you tell me. You will need someone in the seat, someone guiding them, and someone to see if it's getting "stucker" or "un stucker". Okay, yeah if you didn't get insurance, call AAA, if you do any damage you will be paying out the ying yang to fix it. I just drove a 10 footer with a 12 foot car tow fully loaded 1278 miles, in the mountains. Do not damage the truck!
