How does Best Buy's in store pick up work?
When you order it online they ship it to the store from their warehouse immediately, when I have done it they tell me when it will be there, usually within 3 days, depending on how large the item is. When you get to the store, go to the counter that has both returnables and pickup they have it held for you. You will need to give them your name and some id to prove it's you then they will just hand it to you. It's pretty efficient and I have never had a problem.

Do bestbuy stores sell Processors ?
Yes and no is the answer to your question. Best-buy does not sell processors in-store however they do sell them on their website. This is because most large retailers such as Best-buy specialize in general consumer items which incorporate peripherals and accessories and not your system builder level items. Selling CPU’s in-store simply isn't a lucrative enough business to conceive the idea since most people with a little know-how can install items such as video cards but the installation of a CPU/motherboard takes more understanding and therefore less likely to sell in the general market. As one of the previous answerers said your best bet is either of the websites he/she suggested. One of the most widely used online retailers is Newegg or “The Egg” as us avid users like to call it. Besides if you were to find a store that sold CPUs in-store chances are you’ll have to pay a premium for it.

hi, yesterday i went to best buy "in stores" to buy a otter box case for my ipod touch and one of the BB staff ordered it on there computers. they gave me the receipt and said i can track my order with the order # on there website and i did. i also typed in format "BBY01-123456789" but it kept saying "We did not recognize the order number you entered. Please check for accuracy and try again. can someone plz help. P.S the order # starts with #'s 1111.
Can I return my purchased item to any Best Buy?
as long as it follows policy.such as under 30days, you have a receipt.but if its greater than 30days you should go to the original store to see if theyll make an exception.i use to work there.they MIGHT do it for you
