Credit Card Took Out Money Without My Consent

If I use my mom's credit card, will she find out?

I know this is incrediable childish to use my mom's card without her consent...but anyways.

I'm 16, I had hair I'd been growing out for years to my waist, and I was only suppose to get it trimmed, but the hair dresser cut my hair to my shoulders :( But that's another story.

My parents refuse to let me buy clip on hair extensions, though I have enough money to pay for them on my own. I've finally found nice clip in that are $65. I've made smaller purchases on my mother's credit card before, yet she's never confronted me about that.

I can't drive on my own, a few months now, but I need to get them as soon as possible.

How long till her statement comes in, and will she notice I've bought them on the card?

Thanks :)

I used my mom's credit card without her permission :(?

So today is my birthday, and unfortunately my parents didn't plan a party for me this year because almost all my friends were on vacation already. They said they were planning something else for me to make up for my party, but they didn't. So earlier today I was sitting in my room on my computer, browsing random stuff on Steam. It turned out that my mom's credit card info was already saved on my account due to another purchase my mom let me buy last year. So I bought some games on steam and spent a total of about 45$ without telling my mom about it first (I know, that was a retarted thing to do.) I feel so guilty, and the month's gonna end soon, the time where we get our monthly credit card statement. So basically, i'm screwed, my mom's gonna find out, my *** is gonna be beat, and she will lose all trust in me, and she will be in financial crisis and it's all my fault. So right now, i'm planning on being nicer to my mom than usual (mowing the lawn, doing chores, give her hugs.) So this way, she will be in a good mood. Then, before July comes, i will confess to her and apologize, and offer to punish myself by making myself do community service for the whole summer, and let her take away all the cash in my bank account and my wallet. I will say "Mom, i have done something very bad. I used your credit card without your permission to purchase games online. What I have done is out of control and very wrong. I am very sorry, and I promise I won't use your money to buy anything without your permission ever again. Furthermore, I want to punish myself for committing such a felony. I will do community service over the summer, you can ground me for however long you want, and you can take away all the money in my wallet and my bank account. I am so sorry." Do you guys think I should do this? Will she get mad? Do you think she will file a police report on met? I feel like **** right now, and realized how much of a total retard I am for doing such a dumb act.

My landlord removed money from my bank account without consent...?

Well luckily for you it's not your responsibility to prove that you did NOT give your consent, he is the one that has to provide prove that he DID have your consent to withdraw funds from your account. So you have to think carefully and make sure you didn't put your signature on something that says that he can, because in court written consent overrides verbal consent. If he doesn't have any proof then yes sue his ***. (p.s., double check your rental agreement before taking action)

Can The Bank Take Money From My Checking Account 4 Credit Card???

account to pay for my overdue credit card ($800) without my consent???

Can a car dealer take money out of my bank with out my consent?

I did not read your WOT ( wall of text). Paragraphs are your friend and make it much easier to read.

You problem is that you have a contract. Just because the vehicle broke down does not mean you can just terminate the contract. You have to follow the contract terms to deal with the repairs. If this is a new vehicle, repairs should be under warranty. If the vehicle is a lemon, you need a papertrail of the multiple repairs of the same problem.

When you use your debit card to make payment, you gave them direct access to your bank account. One of the reasons why I hate debit cards. You need to send the dealer a certified, return receipt letter indicating that you are withdrawing authorization for them to access your bank account. You also need to contact the bank and dispute the charge as unauthorized -- you may lose that dispute since you previously authorized debit card payments. Replace your debit card.

You can not sue for "pain and suffering" or "emotional distress". This is not a personal injury case. You probably don't want to stir this situation up since you are the one defaulting on the contract. You would do much better to get on friendly terms so you can negotiate a settlement of that early term on the lease.

Can Sprint take money from your account without your permission?

Last month Sprint took $150 out of my bank without permission. I called Sprint and they apologised and said I wasn't signed up for any reoccurring payments and they said it would not happen again however, they did not refund my money. This month, the same thing happened. They took out $145 from my account without permission again. Once again, they aplogised but said I would have to call my bank and my bank would have to stop the transaction. My bank said that they have to wait for 5 days and then I can dispute it. I'm tired of disputing this every month. Isn't this like stealing when they do not have permission? I've had 2 people from Sprint tell me I do not have reoccurring payment set up.

Bank of America took my money out of my bank account for a charged off business credit card. Is this legal?

My Bank of America business credit card was past due for a while and it was charged off in February (that I was not aware of).

I deposited $5000 on July 19th that I got as a compensation after a car accident. On July 22nd, when I checked my bank account, Bank of America took $3805.22 under the name of DEBIT FOR CHARGED OFF ACCOUNT FDES NNC.

They did not notify me or gave me any kind of warning but just took that much of my money from my bank account. (I just found out about all of these information today. I was not notified that my account was charged off in February, and they took my money without letting me know in any way)

Are they allowed to do this? I needed that money to get treatments after the accident and now I lost that amount without any kind of notice.

I called them and asked if I can have them back and the answer I got was that they can make settlement to not not having to pay the rest from now or something but that amount they stole from my account went towards paying the charged off account and they can't give it back to me. I am currently waiting for the supervisor to call me back so I can ask him if there's a way for me to have that amount back and work some sort of settlement to pay monthly as it should have been.
