My credit report is blank?
I recenntly changed my name and now when I apply for credit my report is blank. My car loan, credit cards and installment loans are not showing up and im being denied credit. because of no history... i need help! why is this happening?

I was an International student who came to USA in summer 2012 and just graduated and started working on early Aug 2014. In mid August I received my social-security card and applied Discover card immediately (people say Discover credit card is easier to get than any other credit cards), I filled my friend's address into the form during application because I was still looking for my apartment. Then I was denied by Discover and the reason was not shown online. Discover sent me the letter of explanation a week later, saying the reason of denial was UNDER PROCESSING. But I did not call them. I moved to my own apartment in early this month, and last week I tried to apply again using my own address. They denied me saying I can't apply again until 1 month after the failure. So it was my mistake. Just now, I tried the 3rd time to apply for Discover credit card, of course using my own address, but was denied again. The reason shown on the webpage was not quite understandable: COLLECTION, CHARGE-OFF, OR JUDGEMENT PAST AND/OR PRESENT DELINQUENT CREDIT OBLIGATIONS STATUS OF EXISTING/PRIOR DISCOVER CARD ACCOUNT and they also tell me my credit score is only 433. I called Discover, they asked me to call credit bureau. Then I called credit bureau but did not find the appropriate topic about my issue in the audio menu. I contacted my previous car insurance company and they said nothing was wrong in my history, but I forgot to pay the fee on the last month(This month).
SSN does not match credit bureau records?
After turning 18 and having worked a job for a couple months now, i recently turned to creditkarma in an attempt to obtain a credit card to start building my credit now. After several attempts of signing up it gives me the same error, that my SSN does not match credit burea records. Same thing occurs when trying to receive a credit report, and I am positive that the information is correct. Don't want to overreact and say that my SSN has been stolen, but not entirely sure what to do, suggestions appreciated.

You have to understand Social Security has nothing to do with Credit. I dont need your Social Security to find out your credit if I have the rest. Basically is what you are saying is every collection company, every judgement, every court order has to know your SSN to file on your credit report. When 99.9999% of the time they dont. It doesnt matter. Last time you bounced a check it shows up on your credit. So they have your SSN? Hell no. Sorry cali I dont know where you are going with this, but you must only work with perfect borrowers. You are totally wrong. **************************************... Odviously the computer will kick it back. You actually have to pick up the phone and call people for this one. Takes about 3 days, but you can get one.
