Did I Eat To Much Today

I ate way too much today?

Okay I ate HORRIBLY today.
I usually eat 1200-1400 calories a day.

But today, I ate SO much. I had 2 hotdogs with rice, a slice of two different pies, 3 cookies, a nutella sandwich, some pasta, a slice of pizza, 2 garlic knots, a slice of cake, some brownies and UGH. TOO MUCH IN GENERAL (The foods listed were eaten throughout the day, not in one meal). I DEFINITELY exceeded my regular calorie intake (I've been on a diet for 3 weeks and I have lost at least 2 or 3 lbs, btw)

Will I gain weight? Should I not eat anything tmrw to balance things out?
Dare I say it.. I'm kind of thinking about purging. I'm DISGUSTED with how much I ate today.

Did I eat to much today?

Breakfeast oatmeal with a handful of nuts

Snack a small piece of bread
Lunch green tea

Dinner two tillipias with veggies rice and a corn
I also had a tortilla

Thats about 800 calories and imma go run for half an hour later

Will I gain weight cause I had a huge dinner

Did I eat Too much today ?

Breakfast: A cup of cauliflower and egg whites and a piece of cheese

snack; 1 serving veggie sticks

Lunch: Salad with a small piece of chicken and dressing

A brownie strawberries and blueberries with whipped cream

all together about 1,300 calories I think?

Why did I eat so much today?

This is known as binge eating. I experience it a lot as well, like your brain turns off, and when it turns back on you've eaten the contents of your fridge.

Try to keep eating snacks, don't go for a long time without food because then you will just crave food more and more and eat too much too fast

Did I eat too much today for a 14 year old girl?

hi im a 14 year old girl and i am 5 ft 7 and i weigh 82 pounds. heres what i ate yesterday. i feel so guilty about it today and im planning on having like 1100 hopefully calories to burn it all off because i think i ate too much yesterday. heres what i had
breakfast: 1 packet of instant quaker oatmeal with 1 small tube of yogurt
lunch: 1 small cedars whole wheat wrap with 2 slices of turkey, lettuce, and a slice of munster cheese with a navel orange
dinner: 1 WHOLE hibachi salmon box from the Japenese restaurant. it is like a bento box but its really big. it had one compartment filled with hibachi salmon and mixed veggies over a lot of steamed brown rice and the other compartment had a salad with ginger dressing, some wasabi and pickled ginger and it came with a miso soup, and 5 steamed shrimp shumai dumpling in the other compartment, and 1 6 piece california roll in the other compartment. (it was like a bento box and i finished the whole thing!)
i feel not normal like no one else would have finished it and i dont know whats wrong with me. i am constipated and dont want to eat breakfast today and i just want to burn off all those calories and i feel so bloated. HELP!

but i can't tell if that's the anorexic in me talking, or if i have legitimate reason to feel that way. sometimes i blow things way out of whack, recovering has been pretty hard for me. i exercised for 2 hrs btw.
breakfast: about 3/4-1 cup homemade oatmeal (60 cals) with 1/2 cup skim milk, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon all natural maple syrup, 1 banana with peanut butter.
lunch: medium-sized salad made with iceberg lettuce, spinach, chickpeas, corn, peas, carrots, a bit of curried rice, raisins, strawberries and a few pieces of feta topped with fat-free raspberry vinaigrette (all that filled only about 1 1/2-2 cup)
snack: 1 cup warm milk with 2 teaspoons sugar
dinner: 1 smoked salmon eggs benedict (tomatoes, eggs, 1/2 english muffin, onion, smoked salmon, 1 tablespoon hollandaise sauce), small salad with tomatoes, v8 juice
snack: smoothie (strawberries, banana, pineapple, 1/4 cup fat-free yogurt, splash oj, protein boost)
i don't mind that i ate a lot as long as it was healthy, and not too much... what do you think?

Did i eat to much today need to know?

i am 13 years old and i want to know if i eat to much or to less
i had honey waffles cearl and milk for breakfast about 400 calouries
and then i for dinner i had a fish finger sandwhich 225 calouries
and then i had a danish pasterie 380 calouries
then i had a jam toast 150 calouries
orange terrys chocolate 225 calouries

I ate SO MUCH food today?! Please help!!?

Okay, I normally don't eat like this, but I visited my aunt today and she cooks huge meals (and I mean huge - it's disgusting). Here's a summary of what I had:

Breakfast: three extra jumbo eggs [scrambled], three blueberry pancakes, bean and beef burrito, honey bun, clam chowder soup

Snack (9AM): peanut butter fudge ice cream

Lunch: hot dog w/ fried onions, deep dish pizza, homemade french fries, sausage, chicken strip w/ honey mustard

Snack (3PM): 6 homemade chocolate chip cookies

Dinner: baked potato, corn on the cob, spinach, broccoli, two slices of meatloaf, mexican pizza from taco bell, homemade nachos piled with beef w/ sour cream and extra spicy nacho cheese

Dessert: homemade gelatin, two large slices of ice cream cake, 3 cherries

I feel absolutely disgusting. What's going to happen to me? Am I going to gain 5 pounds overnight or what?!!?!
