Did I Overeat Today Easy Quick Question

I've been really overeating for the last month.help!?

1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal...

8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

Easiest/Quickest way to eat 1000 calories.?

Everyone is posting empty, junk foods. I follow the "lot's of colors on the plate" school of thought. Meaning a meal for me, when I was trying to gain weight or was always hungry during hockey season, I would have a steak or chicken (normal portion sized), peas, carrots, mashed potatoes and plain whole grain noodles. For a drink, I would normally end up consuming about two glasses of whole milk. Any of that can be substitute, but I would try to incorporate whole grain pasta (or rice) into many meals.

There is an option if you're willing to spend a little money. If you can, pick up some military MRE's (Meal Ready to Eat). They don't actually taste bad, come with a variety of options, and contain 3,000 calories.

ignore the stupid girl insulting you, they don't understand what it's like to be in your mindset.
you might have a eating disorder and that's more difficult then they think.
you're really pretty and not heavy at all, i've seen your pictures, and you don't need to do this excessive dieting and working out.
even if you did overeat and eat 2000 calories that's still the daily recommended amount and you burned 600 so you only really ate 1400 calories. that's not too much in fact you might still lose weight. so don't worry about it.
you will not gain any weight overnight so as long as you go back to dieting and exercising tomorrow.
still don't think you need to, your tiny.

at 15 i eat whole pies of pizza and entire bags of tostitos along with a family size thing of salsa. you might gain weight if you weigh yourself now but in my experience it'll probably be gone by the morning. i also work out which helps but you're gonna be fine.

What is a quick and easy aluminum experiment that can be done in the classroom in under 15 miniuts?

The most dramatic one is to show aluminium's reactivity. Normally Al forms a thin coat of aluminium oxide which protects it from further oxidation. But what if this is removed and there is just finely divided Al?

Experiment. Take a piece of aluminium foil [ say 4 x 1.5 inches] and put it on a heat proof mat for safety. Now take a small wad of cotton wool and, using tongs, dip it in a no more that 5mL of mercury(II) chloride solution [ mercuric chloride if you use old names] and rub on the foil for about 20 seconds, then leave and watch. The foil gets quite warm/ hot and begins to grow dramatic hairy growths.

Explanation. The mercury forms an amalgam [alloy, like almalgams in old dentistry] and the aluminium dissolved is freed of its oxide coat and can spontaneously oxidise to the white/grey hairy oxide coat.

Its quick, its easy, cost is very small but you should dispose of the remains in toxic waste and, like any chemistry, wash your hands afterwards.

Other possibilities:
a] Thermit reaction. Cheap and dramatic, but doesn't always work in inexperienced hands
b] Anodising kit. Dem of how the Al surface film can be artifically coloured. Easy.
c] Aluminium and iodine. Mix abot a teaspoon of aluminium powder and powdered iodine. Put on a tin lid in a heap. make slight depression like volcano. Now prepare some water with a little washing up liquid in it. Using a dropper add two or three drop at the top of the volcano ... then wait. After a short time it gets hot and gives off bright mauve iodine gas, then catches fire and form aluminium iodide. Note.. do in a fume cupboard or outdoors. Safe, but you migh have trouble getting solid iodine. It isn't cheap but you only need a few grams.

Al + hydrochloric acid can be very slow in generating hydrogen. If you want to try this you'd get a better reaction with Al foil and sodium hydroxide solution [caustic soda] which reacts much better on gentle warming

What do you think is healthier: Overeating or Undereating?

Anorexia or Obesity?

Half a meal a day or Five?

I personally would choose overeating because I can't stand the feeling of my stomach growling and feeling weak from not eating. And I am not a fat person going to shout at you for saying undereating because I can easily skip a meal or two as long as I have a substitute like coffee or soda to keep the illusion of being "full". Actually, my BMI is at borderline level of being high but I'm not there yet. I'm just honestly curious to see which one people would rather.

Are there medications that control anger, depression, anxiety and overeating?

It really depends. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to these kind of meds. From personal experience, I would have to say, you are unlikely to get all of these benefits from a single medication ... although that would be different if you take out the overeating part.
Also, if the overeating is a symptom of depession, then a med relieving the depression should relieve that symptom.
SSRI's are often used to treat depression and anxiety. Reducing those two things can result in reduced irritability and thus, reduced anger. But controlling anger also takes learning and using coping skills. Some meds do tend to reduce aggression (what comes to mind is Risperdal).

Finding the right meds is not generally an easy, quick process. It is trial and error till you find what works for you personally.
