I just had my first bag enema recently. I used two quarts of water. The procedure itself went well but because I used plain water and not a salt solution, I felt light-headed afterwards and this was not good. If an enema is not correctly administered it can cause tears or infection. While this is not absolutley going to happen, actually I think those side effects tend to be rare, it's just better to play it safe. If you are having trouble with digestion try eating more vegetables, Kale is especially good for you. If you just can handle the idea of more salad you can also try adding fiber powered to some of your foods and drink. I think your an idiot. How about this- go put cow dung in a Tupperware container let it sit for several days and then breath the vapors. I mean there are a lot of things you can do to get high that doesn't mean you should do it. Besides its not like marijuana is so expensive your on your knees with a magnifing glass looking for stems.

It's easy , but you need two things . A hot water bottle with a twist off stopper , and a hot water bottle/douche/enema kit . Cara is one brand . The kit will have everything you need . Put it all together . Test it out first so you are able to use it correctly and easily before using it on yourself . I use 3 cups hot water for each enema . I give myself 3 enemas . First one gets rid of the crap that's in you . Second one gets whatever is left in you . The third one is done for pure pleasure . I try to feel the hot water stream against my anus at the entry point , and within one inch on the side after entering the rectum. I then fully insert the enema nozzle into me and pull it out and put it back in till all of the hot water is emptied out of the hot water bottle . The third enema has little being released into the toilet . It is just how my body is , but the third enema has little being released into the toilet . I lie on my back in the tub when I administer the enemas . The tube is supported by placing it between my Big toe and my index toe. I have learned to enjoy them .
