Did You Know That Mlk Didn

Did you know that MLK was a Republican, and that many that opposed him were Democrats?

Martin Luther King was not a Republican. He fought against the racist views of the Republicans. Martin Luther King would not have been proud of Obama only, he would have been proud of Hillary too.

For the first time in American history, a woman and a black man now have the opportunity to seriously run for the highest office in the land. The Democrats all together (even through the fighting) are responsible for this history making time in America.

There would be no way for this to occur in the Republican party, this party is still filled with racist like that (njr) and the lies he just posted. Please stop using the greatness of the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King to distort the facts. No one in their right mind would ever believe that MLK was a Republican, you guys can come up with some whoppers.

Did you know that cheney voted against making mlk day as a holiday?

once you've spent 6 years being tortured by using Gooks whom your united states is struggling with, and once you've had your bones damaged, your teeth knocked out, your shoulders dislocated, once you've been kept in a water and insect crammed pit interior the floor, once you've been beaten daily and starved and denied water to drink, once you have not been allowed to bathe for 6 months at a time and been denied medical look after the open sores on your body, then, and purely then, are you entitled to criticize John McCain for concerning the people who did this to our adult males as Gooks. Your comments and your concepts-set are truly naive and conventional of the Liberal no-not something left. i imagine that your comments about being jumped by using a Black or Hispanic yet SCAMMED by using a Jew truly expresses your own bigotry and stupidity. i'm a Jew and that i doesn't rip-off you. i'd sense free to capture you in an alley someplace although- creampuff.

Did you know that poor people and middle-class people are losers?

How many millionaires have you seen that work in factories to make stuff for you?How many rich people do hard labor in mineshafts and thick forests to get you resources to build your house? How many affluent people do you see smelting and molding steel to create cars and vehicles for you to use?How many people earn seven figure salaries by arresting dangerous criminals, or charging into burning building, or fighting fucking terrorists 6,000 miles away?VS.:How many billionaires and millionaires do you see on the news for corruption or money laundering or extortion? How many extreme wealthy people head organizations that destroy our planet and lead to numerous deaths? How many rich people are involved in shady dealings with gangs and mobsters and foreign organizations? If anything, the real losers are the rich. All of the large corporations that destroy the environment and deal with terrorists are headed by (coincidence?) rich people, usually multi-millionaires and billionaires. On another note, I hope this account gets banned for their history of trollish, hateful questions.

Which one is correct, “didn’t know” or “didn’t knew”?

Didn't know = did not knowDidn’t know is the right and proper form. This is equivalent to knew not.In contrast -Didn't knew = did not knew (This is double past)It is an incorrect form. Did already makes the verb past, so it is not necessary to change the form of know.Additionally -What is the function of “did” here? Why not just say know or knew without the “did”?Use of “did” is expressing a feeling of extreme bitterness, sadness, strong emphasis, or other emotion. It is not so well marked when used in the negative, however.Examples: (Positive). Take note that “did” provides some emphasis.Oh, I did know, but thanks to that accident, it's all forgotten now.Yes, I did know that you called me, but after all that you had done to me, I decided not to call you back.I did know! I swear to you, I did! I sent you a note afterwards!Examples: (Negative). The emphasis is not so well-marked.Oh, I didn’t know, but thanks to that accident just the same, it's all forgotten now.No, I didn’t know that you called me, but after all that you had done to me, I might decide not to call you back.I didn’t know! I swear to you, I didn't! If I did, I could have sent you a note afterwards!

Did you know this about martin Luther King?

A man's past matters not if he can change the world for good.....

A thousand years from now, when they have dug up the bones of the remnant of what we were once.....

I pray that the message they find of me was not that I had done wrong, as I have done, but that I too have made a difference in the world before I had come to not!

As you have cast these stones of hostility, you who are guiltless.... May I ask what will they find of your existence?!!

Will it be worthy of report? Will it change a life? Will it matter that you have done wrong, if you have done so much good to those who needed to know it?!

Consider the lotus: The lotus is one of the most precious and exotic of flowers It actually has come from the depths of the thick mud..... Yet it rises 6 feet above the water by which it was come...... Straight out of the muck.... It's flower is huge... but pure in sight...... and worthy to behold..... At first sight, no one cares about the muck..... but awed by its beauty which returns year after year......

Don't know about you..... But, I like that!!!

Your sister,
Ginger

Did you know people truly believed MLK was a communist?

I too heard that then. I think some Marxists and other communists, a lot of softer socialists, and a who lot of progressives were involved with the civil rights movement. He associated with some of them for that.

He could be a communist and still a Christian. Some of the original Calvinist and Anabaptist settlers here formed communist communities. I understand Plymouth Colony was communist the first year and almost failed because too many settlers slacked off in the fields. The SEcond year had family plots and they did a lot better.

Anyway, I don't think he was although he had a community spirit. He sounded socialistic but Christian philosophy is community oriented and promotes inter-family sharing, not just Intra-family sharing as most of the secular world practices.

PS: Education doesn't help that. On the contrary, many highly educated people live in fairy tale deluded worlds. Perhaps that is what you see. People go to school at six years old and never leave. They have PhDs but still think like six year olds. They create or preach lovely sounding philosophies that become disasters in the real world because they don't work with the societies there. You can't cram cooperative community oriented theories into tightly family oriented cultures. The people and the leaders will bleed them to death for their families like all the Marxist ones did. Only a rare few cultures like the Norse can make it work because they have been communal for thousands of years.

What do you know about the real Martin Luther King?

Martin Luther King, Jr. was indeed a victim of allegations regarding him being a communist, some of them endorsed by J. Edgar Hoover himself. However, it’s no secret that the FBI carried out a smear campaign against King, and being called a communist in the Cold War era was basically the equivalent of being called a pedophile today.(Translation: You were considered an outcast from society, no matter if the allegations were true or not, just as with accusations of pedophilia.)What Really Happened Between J. Edgar Hoover and MLK Jr.King denied many times that he was a communist, and that the number of communists in his movement roughly numbered the amount of “Eskimos in Florida.”Martin Luther King Jr. - WikipediaAs for the fact of you putting the documentary made by Steven L. Anderson as a source, I sincerely implore you to reconsider your sources.Anderson is a bigoted, homophobic racist, and his church is listed on the Southern Poverty Law Center list.List of organizations designated by the Southern Poverty Law Center as anti-LGBT hate groups - Wikipedia18 Anti-Gay Groups and Their Propaganda

What is the correct English? I didn't had to or I didn't have to?

These forms are used to express or talk about unnecessary past actions. Didn’t is a short form of “did not” which is used to form the negative sentences in English. If you look at the use of “Did not” in any written content, you will find a basic verb of English that comes after “did not”, viz, Go, Come, Take, Ask, Explain etc. This basic verb is also known as simple present verb or 1st form of English verbs. Therefore, the usage of “did not had to” is wrong and the correct structure usage is “did not have to”. See the examples of the following.I did not have to go there alone = I did not need to go there alone. We did not have to report in prior to attend the meeting = We did not need to report in prior to attend the meeting.Fortunately I did not have to take appointment to meet him = Fortunately I did not need to take appointment to meet him.Compare the above three sentences using the form “had not got to” which also expresses the same meaning with no change in it, but this structure is used seldom. To master a word in any language, you do not have to learn its meaning off by heart to read out it to others = To master a word in any language, you do not need to learn its meaning off by heart to read out it to others. Note this structure is in present tense.Hope I have answered the question .-Mohinuddin.

Did you know what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said exactly forty years ago on April 4, 2007?

The more things change, the more things stay the same:

"If we do not stop our war against the people of Vietnam immediately, the world will be left with no other alternative than to see this as some horrible, clumsy and deadly game we have decided to play. The world now demands a maturity of America that we may not be able to achieve. It demands that we admit that we have been wrong from the beginning of our adventure in Vietnam, that we have been detrimental to the life of the Vietnamese people. The situation is one in which we must be ready to turn sharply from our present ways. In order to atone for our sins and errors in Vietnam, we should take the initiative in bringing a halt to this tragic war and set a date that we will remove all foreign troops from Vietnam in accordance with the 1954 Geneva Agreement."

Hey did you know Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.?

association board last year when they disagreed with Rice on a separate issue. She wanted to support President Bush when he came under fire for his administration's slow response to Hurricane Katrina.

"In terms of what we're trying to do, encourage more blacks to look at the Republican Party, I didn't think we could do that in an in-your-face-type way," Scoggins said. "There were bodies floating in the street."

In addition to Scoggins and Arps, at least four other members resigned. Rice questioned their fortitude. The group was founded so that black conservatives could assert themselves, she said, and "when it came time to do something, some stepped back."

"It was a 'my way or the highway' sort of thing," Scoggins said. "I was crushed when this thing happened because it turned out to be completely the opposite of what I thought it would be."
