I rather enjoy it, because if you read a number of his books, it’s like being in on an inside joke. For example, in Dolores Claiborne, there is a scene where the main character has just (*Spoilers!*) lured her husband into a pit. The idea is that the abusive husband will fall into this abandoned mine pit and die, saving Dolores and her children. As the man falls into the pit, a total solar eclipse is happening simultaneously. As the sun is completely blocked from the sky, Dolores suddenly sees a woman she has never met, handcuffed to bed (Gerald's Game). She knows the woman is in trouble but doesn’t know who or where she is - the woman looks right back at her and they connect for a few seconds - two women, trapped. Once the eclipse passes, the connection is broken. No other mention of the woman is made in Dolores Claiborne; I never read Gerald’s Game, but I’m guessing there is a reference to Dolores in it. I read IT, but I didn’t read Pet Cemetery - I like Stephen King, I don’t love Stephen King - so I am not familiar with the reference to Derry; however, given what happened in Dolores Claiborne, I’m not surprised.

Kovu was the bear in Brother bear... the little one :P Simba... thats what Im naming my next dog... or Nala depending on if my next dog is male or female :P Winnie is a cute name :P he is a bear :P

My Black Lab Rastus was shot at by a local farmer who thought, wrongly, that Rastus was responsible for a spate of attacks on his sheep. Rastus survived and lived a further five years but with several missing teeth and only one eye. When he came home from the hospital our kids began calling him “un oeil,” French for one eye and when said quickly sounds like an- noy. And so Annoy he became.There is a post script to this story. Our cat Lucy, short for Lucifer, quickly discovered that Rastus couldn’t see out of his left eye and used to creep up on him on his left side and make sneaky attacks. Rastus and Lucy had spent 10 years making playful attacks on each other with Rastus often choosing to sneak up when Lucy was stretched out in the Sun having a snooze. Now the tables were turned and Lucy never looked back.

Okay so we have been dating for a month now and he has a cute nickname for me which is Angel. He says he got it from the disney movie "Lady and the Tramp 2" (He loves disney movies). So I have been trying to find one for him but I'm drawing a complete BLANK! Just so you people know we aren't like 13, we are both 17. Plus I dont want anything like "Love of my life" or "Soul mate". We are a chill couple. We know we probably aren't going to marry eachother and our relationship is going to end. So I dont need anything that implies we are gonna be together "forever". I want interesting ones, not the normal that you see like honey bunny and all that sappy stuff. If you guys know any cute names in French that would be cool to!
Is it illegal to name a dog after a movie?
nobody is gonna penalize you for naming youd dog bolt. that's a silly question, i don't know if you've ever owned a dog before, but most people name their pets after movie dogs. can't blame you for wanting to take precautions though, these days everybody wants to sue everybody for everything.
What type of dog breed are the Disney characters Goofy and Pluto?
Goofy I’m not sure, but Pluto is a poodle. This was established in the most recent Mickey Mouse shorts.
